Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Science, Kadapa, shortly referred to as AITS, was established in 2010 by the Annamacharya Educational Trust. The college offers 5 B.Tech courses and 6 M.Tech courses from among its 6 departments. Admissions to all courses are strictly based on merit received in the entrance examinations. There are only two entrance exams accepted: the AP EAMCET for undergraduate programmes and the AP PGECET for postgraduate programmes. The college has a long list of recruiters as well as an intense organisational structure for placements. AITS Kadapa Admissions
Admission to all the courses are made on the basis of the respective entrance examination. The entrance examination is conducted by the State of Andhra Pradesh. The exam to be given for B.Tech courses in the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, And Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET), while for the M.Tech courses, the scores in the Andhra Pradesh Post-graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (PGECET) will be considered. Admissions are strictly based on the merit achieved in these examinations. The steps to apply are as mentioned below.
AP EAMCET: How to apply?
- Step 1: Pay the registration fee to access the application form. A transaction ID will be sent to the applicant’s phone.
- Step 2: Enter Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket No., Mobile No., DOB and select the stream. Click ‘Check Payment Status’ and check your timeline of application fee payment. Only once your payment is successful can you continue your application.
- Step 3: Enter all the required information.
- Step 4: Upload the required documents as necessary.
- Step 5: Submit the application form. Also save a copy and print one hard copy.
AP PGECET: How to apply?
- Step 1: Pay the registration fee to access the application form. A transaction ID will be sent to the applicant’s phone.
- Step 2: Register yourself using the payment reference ID and the other required details.
- Step 3: Fill in your personal details, qualifying exam details, and Aadhaar Card details.
- Step 4: Choose the preferred exam centre and upload the required documents.
- Step 5: Submit the form.
- Step 6: Save and print a copy of the form.

- Library: The Library has a stock of over 16,550 volumes and 3,115 titles. It subscribes to 40 national and 30 international Journals. The services are completely computerized with an internet facility. The Institute has also subscribed to e-journals like DELNET, digital Library and J-Gate: Engineering & Technology.
- Transportation: The college has a fleet of 5 buses that pick up and drop at almost 50 places around the college.
- Computer Centre: Every department is equipped with full-fledged computer labs with more than 600 computers in total and 20 MBPS speed Internet facility.

Ans. Yes, The Convener of the Engineering Common Entrance Test admits 10% of the candidates from the stream of Diploma. However, the applicants should possess a diploma from the Andhra Pradesh State Government or an equivalent examination.
Ques. What is the sanctioned intake of students in the B.Tech programs?
Ans. The Civil Engineering course, Mechanical Engineering course, Electronics & Communication Engineering course, and the Computer Science and Engineering course each have an intake of 120 students. The Electricals and Electronics Engineering course has an intake of 60 students.
Ques. What is the sanctioned intake of students for the M.Tech courses?
Ans. Each of the M.Tech courses has an intake of 24 students except the CSE course which has an intake of 18 students.

Admission:
Firstfall I Cracked the AP EAPCET with a decent score and landed here. Admission was smooth – online application, entrance exam scores, document verification, done! Cut-off for CSE was around 75%ile, but it varies every year. Check the AITS website for latest info. Eligibility? 10+2 with PCM and decent Math marks. Application form? Also online, fees were reasonable. Reservation benefits available as per government norms. Infrastructure can be improved – some buildings need a facelift. And while the library has a vast collection, the digital resources could be better.

- There is no wifi facilities for student,but it is available only in library.

10+2 is the eligibility for any course in this college. Some reservation benefits are also available. It is better to maintain any entrance test in the admission process. The cutoff rank for eapcet was 53,000. It also involves some reservations.

- It some what difficult to get xerox from outside because college doesn't has xerox shop.
Admission:
If anyone want to get a seat in AITS kadapa. He/she has to pass in Intermediate then he has to appear for the Eamcet Exam which is conducted by Ap government. The application fee of Eamcet is 600-700 i think so. Coming to reservation, UR has to get 40 marks to clear the exam remaining has to get 30-35 marks.According to the rank that he/she got in eamcet he will get the seat based on their particular course.

I Completed My Diploma In Tirupati And I Wanted To Join In Annamacharya Institute Of Technology And Sciences, Kadapa. I Had Wrote ECET Entrance Exam And Got Admitted In This College Submitting All My Certificates And Join This College There Will Be 5000 For the Building Fee. And the Normal College Fee Is Of 51500. All Forms Are Given In Our College To Join.

All are good except the admissions for LE(lateral entry students) are very less and they are limited. To encourage the diploma students who will join in the second year the management should keep a separate section for them.

You can choose any course you want on you desire and future scope this college has civil, computer, electronic, electrical and mechanical branches. How many MCA seats are available in your University?
The Seat matrix of Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences MCA is not available in online mode.
Unfortunately, the MBA admissions are over as of now. The selection is based on APICET scores and APICET scores were already released in July 1st 2022.
