What keeps you connected with the Education sector and how has your experience been so far with the institute?

"I have completed 10 years in the education system, where I teach Mathematics to my students. The most rewarding aspect of teaching is interacting with students and imparting knowledge to them."

What is your philosophy of leadership?

"As a leader, it is essential to be satisfied with the team members and foster a strong bond among them, leveraging the benefits of collaboration. There should be no issues or conflicts hindering effective communication and coordination. It's important to ensure a positive working relationship where everyone gets along well and contributes to the team's success."

How does the curriculum of your college ensure best practices?

The curriculum is excellent, and we conduct regular classes for the students. Additionally, we offer various activities to enrich their learning experience. Our primary focus is to ensure that students attend their classes regularly. When teaching, our approach goes beyond delivering information point by point; we strive to connect students with real-life applications to help them understand the practical uses of engineering. During faculty meetings, we encourage instructors to develop content that allows students to engage with engineering concepts. We aim to provide students with opportunities to connect with the subject matter and gain insights into the field. For instance, when new students join in the first year, they often have limited knowledge of engineering. We guide them about their chosen course, the next steps, and how to connect their subjects with real-life problems. Our goal is to inspire students to engage with their subjects, address real-life challenges, and innovate."

What do you think should be the top priority of your college in the upcoming years?

The college is fully focused on providing excellent placements for our students. We offer various courses, including one dedicated to college development. Every Friday, we conduct courses that involve different activities for our students, such as group discussions. Experts from outside visit to deliver lectures, enlightening students about the scope of engineering. Our goal is not just to help students secure good jobs and careers after leaving school, but also to ensure they possess a comprehensive knowledge. We aim for students to acquire knowledge beyond job requirements, emphasizing a well-rounded education."

What are your responsibilities towards the students?

"My responsibility as a teacher is paramount. Our primary objective is to ensure that when we teach, students feel satisfied and fulfilled. While it may be challenging to satisfy every student completely due to class size limitations, my goal is to aim for at least 70% satisfaction. It's not just about producing good students; we instill in them the philosophy that honesty is crucial in life and that they should be honest in their work."

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?
