Spread across 10 acres, MIT Indore houses some of the best facilities on-campus for students, staff and faculty. Some of these are mentioned below.

Harshit Bairagi, a BE CSE student reports that the infrastructure is good but college life is average here. Students don't have much space because the building is on rent for other colleges. Our playground is in their part so we can not get to play there.

Library: The collection in the library comprehend 30000 books 2000 e-books varying in subjects like Engineering, Management, Basic Science & Humanities and also includes reference books, project reports, CD-ROMs, VCDs, DVDs and e-resources, Library is also decorated by 61 National and International print Journals and 11 National newspapers.
Labs: Each department has their own labs, equipped with the best technology.

Transportation: The Institute provides the facility of safe travelling with various pick-up and drop-off points in the city of Indore and its outskirts.

Likes

I like the faculties most . All the faculties are well educated and trained in their related subjects.
The infrastructure of the college if fabulous. All the classes are fully ventilated and we'll maintained with daily cleaning.

Dislikes

The should also focus on other activities programs for the students not every time study is everything.
I dislike the most is the outer road of the college it's full of dust and holes college should look into this matter.
Sports in the college is at low level. They need to work hard in sport field. Students not have enough time and components for playing in campus

Students view on course curriculum

The btech course is a professional course so it is obviously a high level course which takes lots of efforts from the students. The curriculum is quite hectic cause in every six months you will have exam's and in between of every six months you have to give two mst's and pre university test. And also many assignments, projects are also their to that makes you feel hectic. As I am from the computer science branch so this branch mainly works on computer system so you don't have to write much in the projects you will have to submit all that virtually. Improvement can be done on the extra curriculum apart from the studies. It requires lots of improvement.

Internship opportunities provided by the college

The students gets good internship opportunities from the college side. The internships are mostly unpaid for 2-3rd year students. But it gets also paid for the 4th year students. Genpact gives internship opportunities in college.

Placement scenario of the campus, average and highest package being offered

The placements are average in college. Many students who gains skills in their 4 years gets placed in college itself. And the average package is about 4 lpa and highest is 12.5 lpa. Many companies like genpect, Wipro, tcs do mass recruiting here. They even takes 40-50 students in a single visit. The 70% students gets placed from the college it self. And rest 20% goes from the master degree and the 10% are those who doesn't want placi from the college. So basically if you have enough skills so definitely college will give you a placement but if you individual don't put any effort and than blame the college so that's not the college fault in my openion.

What is the total fees of the course?

Total fees for all categories is 75000 for our batch. It's increase batch by batch around 5000rs. All type of charges like bus, development fees , tution fee and other charges are included in 75000/-. SC St OBC students gets scholarship based on categories by the university it self. For SC/st it's around 65% of their fees and for OBC it's 40% of there fees. No scholarship for general category. But if you lie in ews catrotyi you can get benefit if round 10000 in your fees.

Students view on campus life

The campus like is fabulous. You will get all type of social group here's. Especially for the tech person's. And the annually function happens here and the festivals are also gets celebrate with all the joys. The college have huge library from which you can take any type of books for you academics as well as for your personal growth.

Faculty and evaluation criteria in campus

The faculty students ratio is around 1:15. And all the faculties are well educated. Even some are from the prestigious colleges like iits and nits, bits and vits. So dont have to worry about faculties. And if we talk about exam system so this college btech belongs to the rgpv university i.e. Rajiv Gandhi Prodhudhki Vishwavidhyalay . So all the exam related issues belongs to university itself. Means it depends on university in case of exams related issues. The exam paper is set by the university itself. And nearly after about 30 to 40 days results are declared. The copies are checked strictly by the university. And have many options to do like recheck, reveal, and retotal after the exams also. Now the course structure is according to the university which is sem wise system. In 6 months you have exam's and totally 8 semesters are their in full course. And in between of the you will have 2 mst's i.e. mid term test, assignment, project like stuff that you have to complete to get good marks in internals.

How to get admission in the college and what sets the college stand out ?

The B-Tech course requires good JEE marks to get into the tier 1 colleges but if you didn't about to make it than you have to look for the tier 3 colleges. Now some tier 3 colleges takes a lot of fees and didn't even have goog Infrastructure and curriculum. So If you want to have good college in low fees so no doubt it will be the best college to look up. All the admission in btech are done from the mp dte counseling. In which you have to fill the JEE marks and you college preference. And according to you marks and preference you will be allotted the college and branch. I applied for the acropolis college of indore but didn't able to make it due to my low JEE scores. And my 2nd preference was this college cse brach and got allotted this college and I take the admission.

My college experience

Dislikes

No new labs for students and most of the system not working in old labs
If we have an emergency and want to go out side we want to get a gate pass but the process of the gate pass is not easy

Admission:

I only choose this college because I got tfw sit in this college I want to choose other college which faculty are good have good circumstances with good placement and internship opportunities this college does not give leave for internship if you get internship without the help of this college

This college was really cheap than other colleges and do have a good curriculum and environment. And my known people had a really good review over this college that made me choose this college as compared to other colleges.

Honest Review of Malwa institute of technology, nipaniya bypass, Indore

Likes

The infrastructure of the college if fabulous. All the classes are fully ventilated and we'll maintained with daily cleaning.

Dislikes

The should also focus on other activities programs for the students not every time study is everything.
Sports in the college is at low level. They need to work hard in sport field. Students not have enough time and components for playing in campus
I dislike the most is the outer road of the college it's full of dust and holes college should look into this matter.

They celebrate all the festivals and different types of activities for development

Dislikes

The path for going the collage is not properly constructed
The fees for bus facility is very high as per the routes everyone pays the same amount

While taking the admission , a healthy counselling is conducted between the faculty and student Admission process is so easy and smooth.Just you have to submit your basic Documents Eligibility for taking the admission is graduation for masters and 12th pass for bachelors

Actually i was choose these College because I get the tfw seat in the counseling round and also there is lot of fees difference in tfw seat and normal student seat so that why I choose these over all other colleges that the main reason.

Admission:

The eligibility of the course is 12th pass. The admission is based on counseling at the city level . The frequency of the exams is 3 hours and the timing is from 10AM to 1PM. The areas for improvement in the college is to provide some discount for the middle class family students

Admission:

The main reason for me to choose Malwa institute of technology for pursuing engineering in computer science because the fees is quite affordable here and there faculties are very supportive and helpful they teach in very efficient manner and the placement are also quite decent and also improving over the years . Most of the faculty has the experience of about 8-10 years of teaching so they helped in making projects also. There is one thing which can be improved was there management, the management was not quite good they should improve that

Placement are least here but now a days new company are come in Malwa institute of technology

In Malwa institute of technology College the admission process is held by jee mains exam but if the student have not attended the jee exam then it can depends on the basis of his/her percentage in 12th board examination.

I like the environment and social life in campus all the students are of good nature

Dislikes

The manegement should also be improved and flexible
The infrastructure should be improved and the condition of labs and computers should be better
They should deal more with technology and should be more advanced

Admission:

The admission in CSE BTech is through jee-mains result or State boards result, one should qualify state board with minimum 75 percentage or should score good percentile in jee mains. The application form, date and fee details are available on the official site of Malwa institute of technology indore. Reservation for TFW students are there who scored good percentile in jee mains. There is no entrance test required for the admission in malwa institute of technology. The admission criteria should be more about skills rather than marks so they should also start entrance test.
