What keeps you connected with the education sector and how was your experience being so far with the institute?
"In my opinion, whenever we engage in education, we need to update ourselves. Similarly, the younger generation provides new ideas on how to develop newer concepts and improve existing concepts in science and technology. This always motivates me to be involved in the education sector. For example, nowadays, AI has great potential in enhancing government policies and the ease of governance. This connection keeps me fully engaged in the education sector."
What is your philosophy of leadership?
"My philosophy of leadership is based on motivation. Thinking of older times, autocratic leadership is ancient; you could say modern leadership is based on following dreams with your followers, not pushing them. It's a pull process, just like branding."
What are your roles and responsibilities?
I am primarily focused on academics. Earlier, I was fully engaged in the position of Dean of Academics. Presently, for the last six years, I have been working as the Vice Principal. So, there are certain administrative tasks in addition to regular teaching of chemistry, management, and other subjects. Therefore, I have both administrative and academic responsibilities."

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth inspiring students?
"The key is for students to utilize their educational tenure for holistic development rather than focusing solely on academics. There are various extracurricular activities available to help them transform their hobbies into financial activities, in addition to regular teaching. The academic landscape has seen positive changes during the COVID times in the present new normal. Therefore, there is a need for the holistic development of individuals, shaping them into well-rounded and developed young individuals in India and globally."
