What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

In my understanding education is the base of everything. The starting of anything great is from education itself. Also, it connects you with people of different streams, different cultures, and different economic backgrounds so personalities can be groomed in this way.

How do you establish a healthy relationship between students and faculty?

A student is like a raw material and can be molded in whatever way you want him to be. The institute strictly follows the induction process where the table is already designed for everything such as lectures, extra curriculum, and other activities as well. Also, the Institute organises various activities and since the coordinators are faculty only it increases the bond between both and bridges the gap. In events students can have that one-on-one interaction which is not possible in classes hence it grooms them even more.

What are the changes you have seen in education in the last 10 Years?

Digitalisation has taken over in recent times and students are more technical or you can say students are tech-friendly these days but learning has decreased as students feel that they know everything through YouTube and other sources hence less focus is on offline lectures and it also resulted in less discipline in the students.

What are the greatest strengths of your institute?

The Institute is a very old and renowned institution running for the last 15 years. Here are some factors that keep us unique from other Institutions that are good and quality education, affordable fees, and genuine placements. Students' basic requirements are good quality education with affordable fees and then better placements.

What are the activities done by the Institute to Improve placements?

Special Training and practical connections are provided to the Institutes for better results in placements. The institute not only focuses on the placement of the students but also on their joining as other Institutions just get their students placed and after that, they don’t bear any responsibility for whether he has joined or not but we make sure all the students are enrolled and joined.

How is your Institute more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

Students get scholarships through counselling as per government norms and even then if a student is not able to receive the same then relaxation can be done from the Institute’s end as per the requirements. As I’ve already mentioned our strength is economic learning and affordable fees. Hence students are comfortable in paying the genuine amount.

What are your views on the scope of the core branches over the coming years?

The core and IT sector has always been a sine curve and it will definitely boom in upcoming years as the requirement of core engineers will never be null constructions will always be there, and new technologies will always be there as EV cars are grooming. The only thing that I think is affecting the market is word of mouth and it has been spread among students that jobs are in the coding sector only.

Any advice for the upcoming students who are in school and want to pursue engineering as a career?

Work on your core and basic principles. If the focus is paid in 11th & and 12th then engineering will be easy as engineering is just an advanced version of basic maths and basic physics. So I want students to learn the concepts and not just get marks by shortcut methods.
