How do the programs of your college ensure the future preparedness of students?
We supplement their theoretical knowledge by assigning regular projects and assignments that simulate real-world business scenarios. This helps students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills necessary for their future careers. Additionally, we incorporate case studies into our curriculum, enabling students to examine and understand complex business situations, make informed decisions, and develop a strategic mindset. By providing practical exposure, fostering analytical thinking, and encouraging hands-on learning, our programs ensure that students are well-prepared to navigate the challenges and complexities of the business world upon graduation.
What challenges have you faced while inculcating the latest courses in the college's curriculum?
We have faced the challenge of effectively preparing students to be corporate-ready. In response, we have implemented special training programs to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations. These programs focus on enhancing students' soft skills, communication abilities, and professional etiquette. Additionally, we have established collaborations with industry experts and conducted workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to expose students to real-world business scenarios. Despite the challenges, our dedicated faculty and continuous efforts ensure that our students are equipped with the necessary skills and competencies to excel in their professional careers.
