You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
If you want to make a difference in society, the greatest method is to educate the community. My entire professional life has been spent in education, specifically higher education. I've seen a lot over the years, and there are various reasons why I'm in this wonderful profession. The inner joy that I get as a professor in this profession comes from shaping the students' cognitive processes, and careers, and how that reflects in nation building. The beauty of being in education is getting to debate with students numerous factors that impact the economy, how education brings maturity to the country, and the role of students in producing a happier society. Since I am a PhD advisor with 16 awarded students under my supervision, the education sector allows me to explore new opportunities and paths while also contributing to education through research. As is customary, such research findings might be incorporated into classroom instruction to enhance students' learning experiences.
Being the Director of East Point College what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
My method is based on the 3E concept (Education, Experience, and Exposure). If you want to encourage pupils to think big, bring in a subject that teaches current information and encourages students to think critically. I bring in opportunities for students to investigate great learning options that assist pupils in reaching their full potential. Sharing one's own experiences allows for the practical visualisation of various scenarios. The greater the exposure to the corporate world of work, the greater the maturity of students in grasping reality and dealing with real-world job situations. While sharing my experience, I contrast several techniques of teaching that I use, such as lecturing, theorizing, illustrating, and choreographing a situation. However, I stick to giving both practical guidance and big-picture concepts. The more students are exposed to varied scenarios, the more practical their knowledge becomes. In my role as department head, I encourage students to learn in a variety of settings. This is accomplished through student exposure such as organization tours, CEO meetings, and firsthand experience with various business situations.
Being the Director of East Point College how do you strategies about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your institute?
Students prioritize admittance to institutes based on three criteria: teaching, practical experience, and placements. Communication about the quality of teaching and the many methodologies used in the department results in higher student buy-in. Students are informed about the teaching process and how teaching adds value to their lives. The department collaborates with numerous organizations to implement an experiential learning style in which students gain hands-on experience through handoffs. We have a student involvement plan that includes a focus on how the department has implemented case discussions and FIELD team projects that challenge, provoke, and inspire students. We reach out to students and explain how many hours a faculty member devotes to preparation, which includes individual case reviews, creating notes and lesson plans, and collaborative analysis among colleagues. Placement increases student confidence, and this is a well-structured process that is conveyed to the community.

What do you think should be the Institute’s top priority over the next 10 years?
There are several priorities that the institute can focus on, but the most important one that is required is students' skill growth. We aim to make students industry-ready and prepared to tackle the unpredictable world of work.
