The Principal of Chaitanya Engineering College is an eminent achiever in his vast service of 22 years. He is a pathfinder for both the students and for the development of the Institution. He completed his Doctorate in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam, and Andhra Pradesh. He is a Life Member of the Institute Of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering(IETE). He has flourished around 30 National and International journal publications. He has attended/ organized six workshops/ conferences.

You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

I have worked in different organizations with more than 22 years of experience. Where in teaching, I felt thrilled to work and wanted to learn more things in daily life. This education sector is very helpful to grow and make others grow along with us. Here we can see different characters and we will have different plans to execute.

Being the Principal of Chaitanya Engineering College, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

A good leader makes the people along with him grow. The real leader doesn’t think he is a leader, he just thinks he is also a member of the team and makes the goals along with his team. My style is nothing I just work with the team to achieve every huddle or goal we face. The main thing is to take responsibility for every action.

How does the curriculum of Chaitanya Engineering College ensure the best practice of industry?

We strictly follow the curriculum given by JNTUV. The curriculum contains everything that students should work on and to prepare them for the student industry. The curriculum was maintained in such a way that the requirements of the industry were fulfilled.

Any insights into how your college could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

We encourage students of any race or economic background. We never show any differences we only see how to make them achieve their goals and prepare them prepared for their future. Our college is helpful for students to reach their dreams. We also provide scholarships with the help of the Andhra Pradesh Government.

What are your roles and responsibilities to the University and the students?

As a Principal of Chaitanya Engineering College, I work on the growth of my students and guide them whenever required to achieve their dreams. I always say one thing to everyone i.e. dream big and then fight for that dream till you achieve that. Apart from that I also focus on my team and make them comfortable to work responsibly.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

My sincere and serious suggestion to the students of this generation is to be constant and responsible about your life and make a move of each step very carefully. Nowadays there are several options for the current generation to step in one thing they need to do is select the clear path and move on the path till you achieve that.
