MICAT 2026 Exam Date (Out): Registration Process, Admit Card, and Admission Schedule

Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad, has released the MICAT 2026 exam dates for Phases 1 and 2 on the official website mica.ac.in. MICAT is conducted twice a year in Phase I & Phase II. Read on to find all MICAT Exam Dates starting from the Registration to Admissions process. 

Here is the breakdown of MICAT 1 Dates 2026:

• Registration Starts: September 2025
• Registration Last Date: November 20, 2025 (11.50 PM)
• Admit Card Release Date: December 3, 2025
• MICAT 1 Exam Date: December 6, 2025
• Result Date: December 24, 2025

MICA has also released the MICAT 2 dates for 2026. Here is a breakdown:

• Registration Starts: November 25, 2025
• Registration Last Date: January 29, 2026 (11.50 PM)
• Admit Card Release Date: February 10, 2026
• MICAT 2 Exam Date: February 13, 2026
• Result Date: February 28, 2026

MICAT 2025 exam dates for Phase I and Phase II are announced on mica.ac.in. To qualify for MICA Ahmedabad PGDM programs, you must take the MICAT exam and have a valid CAT, XAT, or GMAT score.

• MICAT 2025 first phase exam is scheduled for December 6, 2025. 
• MICAT 2025 Phase II exam will be conducted on February 13, 2026.

MICAT 2025 Registration Schedule

The aspirants of MICAT 2025 can find all the important dates related to Registration. MICAT Registration is an online process. The candidates have to complete the registration on the official website of MICA Ahmedabad.

MICAT 2025 Exam Schedule

MICAT 2025 is conducted in online mode (computer-based test). The test will be conducted in 14 cities. The entrance test is divided into 2 Papers – Part 1 and Part 2. There are 4 descriptive questions in Paper 1, while the number of Multiple Choice questions in Paper 2 is 90. The total duration of the exam is 2 hours and 5 minutes.

The MICAT Admit Card is available on the official website of MICA Ahmedabad. It is a mandatory document for appearing in the entrance examination.

MICA Ahmedabad Admissions Schedule for 2025

MICA Ahmedabad Admission Process commences after the declaration of MICAT 2026 Result. MICAT Result will be made available on the official website of MICA Ahmedabad along with the scorecard.

The MICA Ahmedabad Admission process for MICAT 2025 involves GE-PI (Group Exercise and Personal Interview). The first phase is to be conducted at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata & Mumbai while the second phase of GE-PI would be conducted at MICA Ahemdabad only.

• MICA Ahmedabad reserves the right to change, withdraw or introduce MICAT, GE & PI centres or any event dates mentioned above. Final centre allocation is subject to availability. 
• In the event of any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during MICAT Examination, the decision of MICA Ahmedabad Admissions Committee to conduct re-examination on the same day or otherwise shall be final and binding on candidates. 
• Candidates are further advised to keep themselves available for re-examination, etc. till 6:00 pm on the scheduled date of MICAT in the event of any such requirement. 
•  MICA Ahmedabad uses CAT / XAT / GMAT in the selection process for its PGDM / PGDM – C. IIMs, XLRI and GMAC have no role in the selection process.
