MICAT is a Computer Based Test conducted twice for PGDM-C and PGDM. Higher of the two MICAT Scores will be considered.

  • The Registration process includes registration, filling MICAT application form, uploading images, and paying the fee (INR 2100 for all categories).

How to Fill MICAT Application Form 2025?

MICAT 2025 application process is completely online and the candidates need to register for the same via its official website.

Pre-requisites for MICAT Registration

  • A desktop computer or laptop with good internet connectivity
  • A valid email address and contact details
  • A recent photograph in the prescribed size and format
  • Mark-sheets or Degree certificates (required to enter the details while filling the application form

Steps to Register

  1. Register - Register using your basic information to receive a User ID and password.
  2. Fill MICAT Application Form- Re-login and fill in the form with personal and academic details.
  3. Make Payment - Pay fee using any 3 options: Credit Card, Demand Draft and Counter Payment.
  4. Preview - Preview your filled up MICAT Application Form 2025 before submission. 

Given below are the steps that have to be followed to apply online for the MICAT 2025 exam.

Step 1: Register

  1. Visit the MICA Ahmedabad Official Website and click on the “Apply Online” button for PGDM-C Course.
  2. There are two options- New registration and Already registered users.
  3. Upon clicking on New Registration, the instructions page appears.
  4. The registration form consists of the following options that the candidates have to fill- name, email ID, mobile number. The applicants have to click on the “I agree” button and submit the MICAT Registration form.

  1. Upon final submission, a confirmation page appears with your id and password.

Step 2: Fill MICAT Application Form

The applicants of MICAT 2025 have to fill in the following details

  1. Other Personal Details: DOB, Gender, Age, Nationality, Marital status, Parents’ Name and academic qualification and Correspondence Address
  2. Next the candidates have to fill the following details: Permanent Address, Contact Details, Choice of Center: The applicant has the provision of selecting 3 MICAT Exam Centers and also the GE/PI center, if selected.
  3. Qualification details: Class 10, Class 12, Graduation details, Master/PG Details, Employment Experience details
  4. CAT/XAT/GMAT Details & Uploading Photograph and Signature

Step 3: Payment of MICAT 2025 Application Fee

The application fee is INR 2100 for all categories. Candidates can pay MICAT 2025 application fee via both offline and online modes. They can choose to pay their application fee via Online /Cash (SBI only)/Demand Draft.

Given below are the steps to pay MICAT application fee via online mode:

  1. To pay the application fee via online mode, click on “Online Payment” button.
  2. Choose the suitable option and enter all the required details.
  3. Then, click on “Pay” button.
  4. After the successful payment of application fee, the Payment Receipt will be generated.
  5. Take a printout of Payment Receipt by clicking on the “Print” button.

Given below are the steps to pay application fee via Cash (SBI only):

  • To pay the application fee by cash, click on “Payment through SBI Bank” button.
  • After that take a printout of the SBI Bank Challan.

SBI Bank Challan will be divided into 3 parts, a candidate has to pay the application against this challan at SBI Bank. The candidates must not forget to collect 2 parts of the challan. One part is the Candidate’s copy and other will be MICA Ahmedabad copy. The MICA Ahmedabad copy is to be signed by the candidates and is to be sent at MICA Ahmedabad collection centre.

Steps to pay application fee via Demand Draft:

  • Candidates can also pay their Application fee through Demand Draft that must be drawn in favour of “MICA Ahmedabad” payable at Ahmedabad.
  • To pay using this method a candidate has to choose the mode of Payment as Demand Draft.
  • After selecting this option, a payment advice form will appear.
  • Take its printout and sent it to the MICA Ahmedabad collection centre along with the DD.

Step 4- Print MICAT Registration Form

This is the final step of MICAT 2025 Registration.

  1. After the successful payment of Application fee, check all the details in the Application Form.
  2. If you wish to edit some information, click on “Edit Button”
  3. After that, click on “Submit Button”
  4. Take a printout of MICAT 2025 Application Form

Ans. No, MICAT offline mode is not available. The application form has to be filled online only at the official website of MICA Ahmedabad.
