IIT Bombay is going to conduct CEED 2027 across major cities in India. The exam is scheduled for January 17, 2027. Candidates choose up to 3 exam cities in order of preference during registration, and IIT Bombay allots one city based on seat availability. The specific venue within the allotted city is disclosed only through the CEED Admit Card 2027, expected in the first week of January 2027.
The official CEED 2027 exam city list is yet to be released. The cities listed below are expected based on the 27 cities used for CEED 2026. The table will be updated once IIT Bombay publishes the official list.

Note: Although candidates fill their city preferences during CEED 2027 form filling, IIT Bombay reserves the final right to allocate test centers. The authority may add or delete cities based on administrative requirements or candidate demand.
CEED 2027 Exam Center Allotment Process
At the time of filling the CEED 2027 application form, candidates must select up to 3 exam cities in order of preference. After registration closes, IIT Bombay allots one city to each candidate. The exam center details - including the venue name and address - appear on the CEED Admit Card 2027.

How to check CEED Exam Center 2027 Allotted?

Candidates can download the admit card from the official website using their application number and date of birth.

In exceptional cases such as natural calamities or unforeseen administrative requirements, IIT Bombay may relocate candidates to another center. Note: CEED 2027 registration is open until October 31, 2026 (regular fee). Select city preferences carefully - no change request will be entertained after the application is submitted.
CEED 2027 Exam Day Instructions
CEED 2027 will be held on January 17, 2027 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. The exam has two parts - Part A (computer-based screening test, 1 hour) and Part B (design and drawing test, 2 hours) - conducted on the same day at the same allotted center. Candidates must follow the instructions below at the CEED 2027 exam center:
- All candidates must carry the printed CEED Admit Card 2027 and a valid government-issued photo ID proof to the exam center.
- Reach the exam center at least 30 minutes before the start of the examination, i.e., by 8:30 AM.
- Visit the exam center one day before the exam to get familiar with the route and location.
- Candidates must sit only at the seat designated to them in the exam hall.
- All CEED 2027 exam centers are under CCTV surveillance.
- Carrying prohibited items such as mobile phones, digital calculators, pagers, printed material, or electronic devices is strictly forbidden and will lead to disqualification.
- For Part B, use only the drawing sheet and instruments provided at the exam center. Personal drawing tools are not permitted.
- Report any computer or system issue during Part A immediately to the invigilator present in the hall.
- Submit all rough work sheets to the invigilator before leaving the exam hall.
