Ans: Yes. Students in the final year of their qualifying degree can apply provisionally to CEED 2027 institute applications. Provisional admission is confirmed only on submission of proof of degree completion before the reporting date specified by the institute. If your result is delayed, contact the admissions office in writing before the deadline rather than missing the reporting date — unexplained absence is treated as forfeiture of the seat.
