AILET Syllabus 2025 is likely to remain the same as the previous years’ consisting of 3 sections: English Comprehension, Current Affairs & General Knowledge, and Logical Reasoning. The National Law University (NLU), Delhi offers admission to candidates aspiring for a career in BA LLB, LLM, and PhD Law programs through the AILET exam.

What is the syllabus of the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET)?
AILET 2025 syllabus will be updated soon by NLU Delhi along with the admission notification. Meanwhile, you can start your preparation by adhering to the syllabus for AILET 2024. The syllabus is divided into three sections: English Language, Logical Reasoning, and Current Affairs & General Knowledge. In the tie-breaker scenario, the merit list is prepared considering higher marks in the Logical Reasoning section, followed by the age, and computerized draw of lots. AILET 2024 Syllabus and Exam Analysis
AILET 2024 followed the structure adopted by the organizing committee NLU, Delhi in 2022 with minor modifications. It featured an increase in the number of passage-based questions, while aspirants considered the paper longer than the previous year with 150 questions. This can be justified by the time duration of the exam being extended from the traditional 90 minutes (1 hour 30mins) to 120 minutes (2 hours).
The overall difficulty level of the All India Law Entrance Test, 2024 was moderate to difficult, with most questions from logical reasoning. AILET is rated tougher than CLAT.
