Course Curriculum Overview

Only narcollege is courses available and also I wanted to become a plastic Engineer because I have the loud towards the chemistry is even more higher than other subjects for me plastic engineering is very particular because I don't need the degree course certificate but then I just sorry I just need to degree good certificate in the TNPSC exams and to get placed in the good government job there is other people in my college in class really providing really very ego to take this course because they wanted to join NASA.

Campus Life

We have so much of competitions in our college that is swachh Bharat in the prachar sabha ka competition and we also have an Hindi day in the national day and we also cleanliness day which will be for one month there are almost many competition available drawing competition slogan writing and everything give us free time on the way they allow us to use the computer lab or literally very amazing and I also like the way the other staffs being involved in ours and talking to us they are really very sweet and nice.

Campus Life

My campus is literally filled with trees. And many places to sit is literally free for games and sports. We have a lot of grounds to play around and my college is not very much big but whatever space is being given, we are sufficiently using it that is more than enough for us.And the books and borrowing of books are really very easy. All the new books with the latest editions are available. So that we could grab the books whatever we are needed. And it's almost as for 7 to 14 days and due payment is also being charged for 1 day. It is ?5 and it also doesn’t, but it is literally very helpful. The new editions are available, so that for our course our subjects, all the bills are available almost one group. It's almost 5 to 6 foot, which are available for one subject college. Each subject will have a separate track and separate shelves, and it's literally very helpful for us and you also have magazines newspapers that are available daily in our library. It is fully air-conditioned without. Proper seating and tables , and it's good for us. They also allow us to use the phone inside the library without any sound and to maintain the silence.

Placement Experience

Our college literally provide good placements and they get place for higher salaries only and in our college itself. We have so much of job like in the moulding sectors in the lab testing sectors and etc after finishing itself. We can come here with writing a gate examine and plan we can join here as a professor also, so, we have plenty of jobs for plastic technology where women is required. These sectors are literally always an indispensable to stop requiring people and employment is always required in this sector and plastic waste management sectors are also being conducted? College a placements and their course is not at all a problem in our college and the name of the companies which visit us our mostly Reliance l and t and etc these are the big companies we. Also, like the placement cell covarinates who politely handled us and also the placement people. The percentage of students getting place might be 92 to 93%. The others are jumping into the other sector like. A railways, 10PSC exams, etc.My plans after getting a degree is to write the t.N p s c exam I don't want the people is at all.

Campus Life

Campus life at CIPET-IPT Chennai offers a blend of rigorous academics, a supportive placement structure, and the practical facilities needed for students to excel in the field of plastic and polymer technology. Students are drawn to CIPET-IPT for its stellar placement record, with packages ranging from INR 35,000 to INR 80,000 per month. As a central government institution, CIPET-IPT stands as a reputed hub for hands-on learning in plastic technology, offering students robust lab facilities that distinguish it from other institutions, like the Madras Institute of Technology. While classroom teaching can sometimes fall short of expectations—with faculty attendance being inconsistent and some teachers lacking in engagement—the practical lab sessions make up for it. In these sessions, dedicated faculty members, like Bala Sir, ensure that students grasp the subject fully, only moving on when students feel comfortable with the topic. This focus on practical learning is critical in the field of polymer and plastic technology, where theoretical knowledge needs to be complemented with hands-on skills. The exams, conducted by Anna University, are generally fair and manageable, with a grading approach that many find reasonable. Beyond academics, the campus infrastructure supports students in various ways. The campus boasts well-equipped labs and mechanical facilities, helping students acquire the practical skills necessary for their industry. Additionally, students benefit from a placement cell that consistently connects graduates to lucrative job opportunities, thus enhancing the appeal of CIPET-IPT across India. While the campus could improve its offerings in terms of faculty support and classroom teaching quality, students have access to resources that facilitate independent study and practical application of concepts. Social life on campus is somewhat laid-back; although there is not a bustling club culture, students form close bonds through shared classes and lab work.
