Course Curriculum Overview

I chose the Btech course in Plastic Technology. The faculty is supportive and they teach pretty well. They provide enough time to students in theory as well as laboratory. The examination pattern is the same as other colleges are Mid sem + End Sem with the practical examination. Passing the exam is a bit easy here.

Internships Opportunities

The college provides various internship opportunities in the different leading organizations to every student. Students get industrial exposure in internships which helps in the exposure of their skills. Various projects are also being done by students. In nutshell the opportunities are varied you just need to grab them according to your interest.

Placement Experience

On-campus placement opportunities are good. Approx. 80 to 90 percent of students are placed through Campus hiring in various famous companies. The highest package offered ranges up to 30LPA. Core companies like Reliance, Exxon, Mobil, and MSIL hire students from here.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee here is 127500, which is now being increased to 135000 per annum. It can be paid in 1 or 2 installments. There are various scholarship opportunities that we can get like by UP Government, the EWS scholarship, and also the Alumni Association provides it.

Campus Life

Campus Life is a chilled one. Senior Junior interaction is the building block of the College. There are various sub-councils and Clubs which organize events regularly so that students can show their talent apart from academics. You can play every sport here. Technical Cultural and Sports fest are organized every year.

Admission

Got admission through JEE mains. Based on Common General Rank. Had to apply for the college on the website of the college itself hbtu.ac.in. Then you are allotted with the branch according to rank. There are reservation benefits.

Placement Experience:

From the 8th semester onwards students became eligible for campus placements.They are only few companies come on our college and very few offers.The highesr paid package by an company to our college student is 40 lac per annum but the average package is 4.5 lac per annum.Only 10 percent of students get on campus placements.I will pursue M.Tech from any other university.

I choose this college over other is because i have no better option that this . I even don't do too much coding. Yeah i did applied for other college even i got iiit bhagalpur but due to its high fee and less placement ratio i dropped it. I even got mmmut ece as well but dont opted . And the placement are very good for my course so thats the main reason to select this college. The admission process it simple give jee mains exam. Mark good rank fill hbtu couselling and wait for counselling result . They also give you chance in spot round counselling.
