Course Curriculum Overview
I have a background in plastic that's why I choose it. In the core branch student intake is 80 but for noncore, it's 60. now but has started two mid sem exams and 1 end sem for one semester. qualify mid sem is easy but in the end sem you have to study.
Internships Opportunities
The college provided internships for the students in their 5 semesters. Students can apply by themselves also to get into internships. here summer internships of two months are offered. since I'm doing a batch in plastic. I have knowledge of summer internships by seniors.
Placement Experience
Students are allowed to sit in placement after the sixth semester. many companies visit our campus if you have a good GPA and participate in college events, or any other good skill you can easily crack the company. last time Highest package offered Is 43 lacs by Amazon.
Fees and Financial Aid
In the starting year, everyone has to pay one lakh and thirty-five thousand for the first year this is only an academic charge. hostel and mess charges are different. here SC, the SC category got a scholarship from the government of up to 80,000.
Campus Life
Here technical and cultural events happen in wintertime. the name of the technical fest is technical and cultural fest anyway. there are 8-9 clubs running in HBTU. Here most demanding and good club is e-cell, psmsc, aspect, etc.
Admission
I got admission on the basis of my JEE mains rank. if you get above the 80 percentile then there is a chance to get into the lower branch. But for CS, you have to score above the 96 percentile. CSE, IT, and ECE in the core are the best branch and in noncore chemical engineering, plastic, and paint technology provides decent placements.
