Fees and Financial Aid

The college was very helpful regarding the fee structure. The children who's parents were financially not very stable they used to get concessions in the fee structure only because the college motto was to provide right education to each and every individual. There were even scholarships provided for SC and ST students which was very helpful for them and to their families. The fee structure is as like we can pay the fees in partial amount too, semester wise and it was very helpful for parents as there was no pressure from the college side. The college also gives enough of time to pay the fees and notice of fee structure by management used to issue much prior to our examinations which was very helpful to the parents who are financially not very good. We also had concessions in the fees based on our 12th board marks as if the child was bright enough and if he had scored the highest marks in his 12th then he had concessions in the fee structure of Loyola College.

So there are various fests held in our college. The annual fest which is held for all the departments is called Resonance Fest which is held every year.Every year the theme is selected uniquely and which also has a deep meaning and message. Other than this there are also various fests which are held within their departments and all the students actively participate in each of them. There are also various books available in our library with which you can dive into an ocean of knowledge. Even we have advanced technology classrooms with digital teaching and learning. There are also various sports facilities and games which are held for students who are much more talented in sports. There are also various clubs which are helpful for students to gain their confidence and which are helpful for introverts to speak in public without any fear.

Loyola degree college is also chosen by many students for its internship and placement features.Internships are almost provided for each and every course which is very helpful for the students in their career building. The companies invilved are very reputated and famous and well known companies like Google,Amazon ,Flipkart, Dell, Delloite, IT hubs, etc. The interships offered are some of them are paid ones and some of them are unpaid ones. There is a separate block called placement cell for internships offers and placements after the course completion and after the internship the experience gained is very very helpful for job postings and is almost satisfying every students. However some course are not having any placements after the internships but paid internships are done for better career growth. In our course internship we are given research studies and project works which is then checked by our lecturers and thereby helping us in further undertanding of course uses, application.

Campus Life

As already mentioned Loyola College is cery unique and famous for its beautigul and large spacious campus fulled with beautiful bulidings and blocks and various sports grounds and many type of palces to sit and study and especially everyones favourite canteen with delicious food varieties. As coming to events, each department mostly host an event every year, but our department in my three years of college life. It is conducting an event finally and there is a annual event from the college which is Resonance Various kinds of performance and competitions are done during this event, which is a two-day event held in our NCC ground or in front of commerce block Coming Books and journals in the library is very vast and the library is being reconstructed Also coming to Late fee, which is ?200. If the book is not being returned in the particular time given, also the library is being used when the students get late the college, I think which is a good decision rather than letting them be outside of the campus. There are various clubs general electives NCC, which are extra curricular courses rather than choosing our own course. We get to learn other subjects and courses, but it has a separate fee for the such courses and which is necessary & also a particular course called NPTEL.

Faculty

The faculty are very lenient and encouraging, as are coming to studies and it depends if you fail in an subject, the way of approaching might differ from student to student, and there might be few favourites. As per the favourite, my favourite faculty, Onix, mam, she's so friendly that she even gave us treats. she also extends the deadline of the assignment or the seminar and Fergus and give another opportunity while giving any seminar or during any project The best faculty goes to Nana than Onix Ma’am (Applause ???????? ). Stephen, sir, is the most dislike person he acts as if he has a higher authority on our faculty. Also, he pushed our class teacher during an industrial visit, which was very Disturbing. There are two mid semester before the semester. The two mid semesters of 50 marks each and 20 marks is a passing mark and if you fail in the mid sem, it will affect on the end semester marks and the people who didn't attend Mid semester The The students have to appear for exam.

Placement Experience

There is no campus placement in the college. No such activities happened there. Other colleges offer such placement programs. Employability depends on each individuals hard-work. They have to get into the outside world and seek for new job opportunities. Mostly the job opportunities are in the private sector for this course. Even though public sector also offers jobs.

Campus Life

Campus life is colourful with friends and all. But the activities in the college are quite short. Not much programs compared to other colleges. Infrastructure vise library, lab etc are okay. Lab is average. Different clubs are there which are little bit active.
