What is BCom LLB?

BCom LLB is a 5-year undergraduate integrated course that combines the study of business and law. BCom LLB is most suited for students who are interested in pursuing a career in business and law. BCom LLB Admissions

BCom LLB Admissions requires students to give entrance exams such as CLAT, MHT CET, etc. Apart from the entrance exam-based admissions, top law colleges also opt for direct admissions that are completely merit-based or on the basis of some quota as decided by the management of the university/college.

Students are then shortlisted on the basis of the cut-off marks as decided by the examination panel. Counseling rounds are then held where students can decide which university or college to opt or in many cases, they have appointed a particular college on the basis of the marks scored by them in the entrance exams. BCom LLB Eligibility Criteria

  • The minimum education qualification for this integrated course is 10+2
  • The minimum marks/percentage required is 55% for students belonging to the unreserved category and 40% for those other than the unreserved category. 
  • Even though it is a commerce-based course, it is not necessary for an applicant to be a commerce student at the 10+2 level.
  • The age required to be qualified in some of the universities and colleges to take admission in this integrated five-year program, on average, is not more than 20 years for the unreserved category. 
  • Majority of colleges conduct their entrance exams or admit students through CLAT scores.
