The faculty here is pretty good they give their best while teaching.
Placement of our college is good they provide any provide maximum job opportunities to the student our college is very good in placing their student at a good place various companies like microsoft, google
You belong to the ews section or any other category you can easily apply for a respective state government scholarship if you are eligible for that college will definitely help.

Dislikes

Yes of course college provide hostel facilities for first to third year hostel fees is on average 1 lakh per annum but when it comes to mess it is very poor food quality is not good here.
Admission was ok but there is so many problems on physical reporting days .i faced a lot of struggle in admision .
College never do such celebration type fest in my college and district too much hacked job for student in the second problem is that there is no proper organisation.studends get disturbed by assignment.

The real life experience of NIET

Likes

The subject in the course is well defined and which helps in future.
It is autonomous, so the question paper is made by the faculty that taught us
The placement rate is also good , and they support us for a good career.

Dislikes

The first semester is too short, approximately 2 -2.5 months.
They give us academic pressure more , like assignment, project, presentation
Some faculties are so rude , the students hesitate to ask problems

The placement rate is good. From 6 or 7 semester the students elegible for placement The TCS, wipro and many more come and offer good package. The highest package is 51 lakh The percentage is almost about 80% get placed. After degree I got a good job .

strict rules are there for doing the better academics

Perfect review for a tier 3 college

Likes

The first year faculties are very supportive, in every aspect and terms they help a lot.
They provide equal opportunities in other field as well like games, hackathons, tournaments, etc.

Dislikes

There are very less number of events organised periodically.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards, students are eligible for the campus placements. All the big companies visit our college like microsoft, amazon, google, accenture, ibm, etc. Percentage of students getting placed is 98%. If a student doesn't gets places either he goes to further studies or for startups.

I liked the college behaviours towards the students regarding placements.
The opportunities provided by the college are a lot.

Dislikes

The attitude of multiple local teachers is off the charts.
Nk fests/ freshers etc. are arranged in this college.

Placement Experience:

Student become eligible from 3&4 semester. Companies like capgemini,cognizant,wipro,hcl and others come yearly for placements. Highest package is 39 lpa and no. of offers made is like 2500. Percentage for placement must be minimum 70. After getting defree continue the job or go for pgdm.

I liked most the campus life in this college..the food of the mess is good ..in Friday they give veg biryani which is best biryani I ever tasted..
The college make a paper very easy ... faculty are very supportive..and currently the placement are also very good..
Curriculum of this course are very good and make student industry ready..

Dislikes

Very restriction to go outside the campus . parent permission granted for going outside the campus
I am very dissatisfied for this college like if we stuck in any problem like fees receipt scholarship issue then the college don't provide proper solution for that it's very very disappoint me ..
Curriculum is very good but need some changes like if we are the branch of ai then why they taught some other field subject this type of thing I need to change.

My honest review of NIET, Greater Noida (first year experience)

Likes

The teachers are very friendly and supportive and the overall quality of education is quite good. However a few proffesors can be a bit strict or less approachable at a time.
The social life on campus is quite good. The fests and events are not very frequent. Girls-to-boys ratio is roughly 1 to 4, but overall interaction among students is friendly and easygoing creating a positive and engaging campus atmosphere.
The college and seniors regularly share useful information through various student groups, which helps everyone stay updated and connected with important announcements and opportunities.

Dislikes

The infrastructure is average and not particularly impressive considering the fees charged.
The curriculum is quite strict, and the attendence policy is also very rigid requiring a minimum of 75% to maintain eligibilty for exams.

Placement Experience:

Students from 6th to 8th semester are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters companies are Accenture, Capgemini, Z-scaler, Palo Alto etc offered 1500+ offers last year( according to the seniors). For the 2023-24 batch, the highest placement offered was ?51 LPA by microsoft and the average package was ?6 LPA. There is no exact information about the percentage of students getting placed, but yes, many students were placed with decent packages. My plan after getting the degree is to get good job profile in a reputated company.

Not more only autonomous is good but they also give certification course
Exam is conducted in college only rest nothing to be liked

Every thing , 1000 fine for absentees and all these bad things
85 percent attendance criteria focusing more on attendance as compared to accademic
Teachers / faculty are not good , rude management

I think college have to improve some classes practical implementation and also having hands on experience on some subjects like ML.
I am Class Representative and conducted many events at institute level and also departmental level.
faculty have better knowledge and good bonding with the students which help to build connections between student and teacher.

Dislikes

There is less no of fest in my college and also no fresher was given to my batch.
I also hate the canteen that was too small and no sitting area there.
I also dislike the college infrastructure.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students become eligible for campus placements, TCS, Wipro, infosys were visited last year and made many offers above 4.5 LPA. Highest Package of 32 Lakhs and Average is 4.5 LPA. 80 -85% students got placed. I want to prepare for GATE exam.

Companies visiting my college are over 700 these include microsoft, google, amazon, hp, Mercedes benz, accenture, wipro etc , no of offers made are over 2570. Highwst package is 51 lpa, average package is 6 lpa, percentage of students getting placed is 75%. My plans after the degree are to get employed in a MNC and earn great amount of money.

College is autonomous so you they conduct exams according to them which is a good thing
There are no subjects like chemistry, mechanical etc unlike other aktu colleges

Dislikes

College campus is too small as it is divided into three campuses - one for first year, second for second year onwards
There's no college life in this college like there are no good fests, hardly there is any fest
Also there's no AC in the college which makes it even worse, the fans work like as if they are not working at all,

Placement Experience:

The highest package offered here was 54 lpa by Microsoft The average package is around 5-6 lpa Almost 70% students get placed Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte, Capgemini, and Infosys are among the top recruiters. I will most probably try to get into a good company or maybe opt for masters in other college

Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology is affiliated to Abdul Kalam Technical University, offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses Engineering, Management, and Pharmacy. The campus is spread across an area of 13.90 acres and ranked 49th by the NIRF among top engineering colleges ranking 2020. The college is ranked 1st position in Greater Noida and 11th position by The Times of India Best Placement Colleges in North India.

Admission:

Admission is given on the basis of marks secured in UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) conducted by AKTU.
The cut off required for admission in CSE ranged from 23987-34341 whereas, for IT, it was 39557-57731.
Students must have completed 12th class(minimum 45%) in the Science stream, to be eligible for UG courses.
Students must hold a Bachelor’s degree for admission into PG courses.

Course and fees:
