The college is actively recruiting faculty to address current shortages, while the existing faculty is accessible for student inquiries. An anti-ragging committee ensures student safety. Dr. Maan, the principal, is lenient about dress codes, allowing casual attire, though students must uphold professional decorum, particularly from their third year when engaging with patients. Assessments include class tests, annual exams, and preliminary exams, with moderate difficulty levels. Internships are available at the college's Government Dental Hospital in Patiala, offering a stipend of 15,000 Rupees to internal students, as per Punjab Government guidelines.

External applicants can also apply for internships but are not eligible for the stipend. The first-year fee is 80,000 Rupees, covering tuition and other charges, with a 15% annual fee increase. The examination fee is an extra 3,500 Rupees.
