Review on BSSS

The first thing i appreciate about college is the faculty. Faculty of my course i.e. BCA is is best suited for me in my knowledge. They are very supportive towards all the students.
Secondly, the college provides us with various opportunities to develop skills in our respective areas like, conducting various workshops and competitions, organising fests etc.
Lastly, i really liked about the college is that it is concerned about student's well being and security. There are various committees in our college in order to support students in different areas. For eg. We have Anti ragging cell, women cell etc.

Dislikes

I feel that the infrastructural facilities are not up to the mark
Placement opportunities are good in the colleges but higher packages just through bachelor's cannot be expected

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for the college placements in the final year. There are 100s of companies that visit in the college for offering jobs for eg. TCS, Walmart, Infosys, Amazon ICICI, Accenture, Godrej, Wipro, Axis bank etc. The highest package in the college is 12 lakhs p.a. and the average package is 5-6 lpa. Percentage of students getting placed is 45-50% . My plan after getting the degree is to pursue MCA

There is no flexibility to students provided. Like they compulsorily need to attend every lecture if they are present in college just like schools. If you are in college then you definitely need to be in your class otherwise they submit your id cards
Its good but to an extent. You cannot completely rely on the college to provide you a social life. They do organize events but mostly are related to academic topics only like debates, poster making etc. There is less space for creative people like me
Some teachers are really good and knowledgeable about the subjects they teach but some teachers think of themselves as greatest of all…overall all the teachers I’ve come across are good and have good teaching methods as well. Some support as well

Dislikes

I don’t like how they make the college environment feel like schools
The guards are a but problematic and think themselves as above everyone

Placement Experience:

The placements are provided in the 6th semester and alot of big companies do approach our college for the same. The placements are good but not every year students get the benifit of large companies. It completely depends on the employment cycle

A good private college in MP

I really loved the discipline in that college. There was a compulsory uniform for everyone ( Different for UG AND PG ). And unlike other colleges, the security was really good in all aspects.
The Campus was big and I mean really big with a girls hostel and two big grounds.
The college staff was good. Their behavior with students was friendly and helping.

Dislikes

That being said, the gate security was a bit too over reactive. Sometimes when students come just 5 mins late, the security don't let them in and the students just have to go back.

Placement Experience:

The placement part of this college was surprising to me. Several big companies came to the campus including Deloitte and they offered packages upto 7 lakhs p.a. Many students got placed into good companies with decent enough package. For a undergraduate course like B.Com, the placements were really good.

Faculty was soo good , advanced teaching methods, teachers was highly qualified and the all over education system is excellent . techers will provide you proper notes onlinee and offline alsoo, and in the classroom they were explained each and 3
Fest,trips, function, campus tour, sport's,extra curricular activities,tour and travels, international trips and have own internal rhythm platform students who are interested in rj,s , radio,singing they can uprise the future with the help of rhythm.
College campus is sooo sooo soo beautiful all over college area is 18 acres . Every where in the college environment is very peaceful,and quiet and greenery . placement is soo excellent in the top most companies and their recruiters also.

Dislikes

First thing i dislike in my college is dress , for all the students dress is compulsory which the dress code is created by the college
Second things i disliked is attendence,75%attendence iss mandatory for all the students
And somee rules and regulations, students must be in well descplined manner.

Placement of my college is excellent. students are eligible for placement is after their 4 th semister or before it .many companies ir top companies are visited and their offers is highly paid.companies names is wipro, Infosys amazon, Flipkart, godrej, tata group,and more etc etc. The highest placement of my college is 15 l p.a andd average is 2,5 l p.a and is also based on profiles companies and job roles. Moree thann 50,60 percent getting placed and the remaining student they don't want placement. My plans is getting a placed in private banks

From 3rd semester we were eligible to give the campus according to our previous semester marks . The companies at that time were reliance telecomm, angel ,vodafone, airtel call centre ,maruti suzuki sales team,reliance fresh,woodland,eisher tractors marketing team. 65% of students were selected from the campus interviews. I had joind mahindra dealership for gaining the experience in automobiles sector

Likes

Bhopal School of Social Science is one of the best known college of the city. Bsss provides variety of choices which gives an opportunity to explore especially to those students who are unsure about their future plans.
Talking about curriculum activities, BSSS is one of the best college of Bhopal where students can explore their likes and interest. The college believes that knowledge should not be limited within books only.
Providing students better career option, the college also provides amazing placement to the students. Top companies come together with BSSS and offer good opportunities. Talking about facility, most of the teachers are helpful and gives their best.

Dislikes

The high fee structure take opportunity from most of the middle class students. This thing should be consider so that middle class students can take admission.
With high pay structure, another issue is that they are not giving scholarship opportunities to the students.
Some teachers are kinda rude and gives preference to their favorite students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Bhopal School of Social Science is well known for the curriculum activities. Knowledge here is not limited to the books only but the college also provides good opportunities to explore the interest and talent of the students. Students can participate in various activities to explore and enjoy their college life. Not only this, the college provides seperate gym facility with an experienced trainer for the students who are passionate about their health and fitness. Students who love swimming or wants to explore that option can take swimming classes in the college itself with an experienced coach and amazing and safe swimming pools which is in the campus only. BSSS has a separate radio station which is a best option for the extrovert students or those introverts who wants to take a chance of experiencing anchoring and singing.

The timing of bhopal school of social science is very accurate
Overall campus is very good in bhopal school of social science
Bhopal school of social science also promotes sports just as studies.

Dislikes

College guards have more freedom than they should have
Teachers are bad at their subjects mostly

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to prepare of the ssc exam and for that I chose bcom taxation. The course curriculum prepares good for the real world application and give knowledge about the tax and accounting process. The teachers should explain in a manner that should interest the student rather than just reading and solving the questions. Frequency of exam is good and the difficulty level is mid not that hard.

The thing I like most about BSSS is the timings of the college are very good its very coaching friendly and the students have time for self study the college also supports the students in sports activities like swimming basketball and football.
I played university Nationals under the coaches of BSSS college. The training is very good and they try to get thr student to perfection.
And the last thing is you learn many things in a college like sharing making new friends having new connections leaning new skills everything is provided at BSSS and the atmosphere in the college is also very green and natural with squirrels running

Dislikes

The teachers of this college are not as good as a college professor should be they divide their attention on worthless things in the class.
The college security is a bit rude to the students they do not speak politely often and make students follow their rules
The break time in the college is merely 30 mins and in that 30 mins thr college security is disturbing the students the break time should be extended i think

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for capmus placement from 6th semester.There are many companies that visited the college like Amazon , Cocacola , Zomato , blinkit and many more. The highest package is I think between 6 lakhs and 10 lakhs and the profiles offered I don't know pricely. Most of the students aim for further studies and masters and some for the jobs its upto the students which they choose. My plans after getting this degree is is to see weather I get suitable and respectable job or I will aim for my higher studies from the top colleges.

The Bhopal School of Social Sciences (Reality check)

Likes

The atmosphere and how the college is maintained. The green visuals add up a lot to the overall well-being of student.
The inter college fests are fun and very engaging and I personally look forward to attending each one of them.

Dislikes

Most of the teachers and so called self proclaimed professors and literally themselves unaware of what they are teaching.
The general public and crowd is literally down bad. The admission council should actually start screening students in a genuine way rather than just admitting evryone for economics purposes.
The current crowd of the college is simply degraded. I'll openly say that more than 50% of the people here are just to make a mess of everything and everyone.

Placement Experience:

I am not very much aware about the placement opportunities but we do get placements from the college within college placements. And I even heard of big MNCs also recruiting from this college like Amazon Microsoft JP Morgan no doubt for a small package and the average package hair goes for 3 lakh around but it just well to do so.

Likes

I liked the infrastructure of the college
Also the entire staff is good and cooperative
Content and study material provided by the college

Dislikes

Guards and their obsession with student's icard
Canteen ,like it should be more better. B
Washrooms, Seriously these should be maintained properly

Course Curriculum Overview:

Like I always want to pursue my career in the management field so I opt for bba in bss. As of now the content provided to us is decent.Like if a student is genuine learning from the given content he/she can actually achieve good marks. There are 2 sems in an annual year with each sem has 2 cce so total 4cce ka 2 sems so theres like like 1 to 1.5 months gap between each exams.
