My College is best

Likes

Infrastructure is very good and it is in developing stage
Lecture theatre is just like cinema hall where you can sit comfortably and attend lectures
Faculty are very highly knowledgeable and helpful

Dislikes

College Canteen food is very disgusting but you have an option to eat outside
Some staffs are so arrogant and may cause problems

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is a very vast course comprises of 19 subjects which is to be completed in the duration of 4.5 years. It is a very respectful course . In exams 3 hours are provided for 100 marks theory paper and practical exams are taken separately

Everything about Rampurhat Government Medical College and Hospital

Likes

Since the hospital is directly attached to the college itself, students get a much better exposure while handling Patitent. The laboratories house every modern equipment that one could expect. The lecture theatres are fully air-conditioned too
There are projectors that are attached to every Lecture Theatre and Demo room. Boy to girl ratio is 7:3. The faculties are great and take immense efforts towards the academics of the students.

Dislikes

The first main drawback of this college is the juniors hostel which is located about 40 mins from the main college campus and that too by bus. I feel the college campus could have been better. Although lot of changes are being done at the moment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course structure is not really student friendly considering the huge burden of subjects that a student needs to face during final year. In general the bulk of subjects is different from any other course. But if managed properly everybody gets through. I personally feel that there is enough time to study and party both. But a balance should be maintained. The teachers use mainly power point presentations to teach us which is quite interactive.

A brief review of Rampurhat govt medical college.

Likes

Location of college is in affordable distance from rail station and transportation is good.
Academic building and Hospital building is in same premises. That helps in easy clinical learning and orientation of medical knowledge. Library, lecture theatre are air conditioned. We have play ground and recreation rooms.
Infrastructure of academic building is very well maintained and quality things. Faculties, demonstrator are of sound skills and knowledge. They are very friendly and helpful. Hospital has multiple facilities to learn clinical things.

Dislikes

We have multiple hostel building but some of them are in great distance from college. It's a fault of Govt thinking and though authority provide bus it is troublesome to commute regularly.

After completion of the MBBS curriculum study, you have been offered a compulsory rotatory internship. After that according to vacancy house staff is offered. MBBS graduates have the eligibility to join as gdmo at multiple centers after various processes.
