IAER MBA + PGPM FAQs
Ques. What is the difference between the MBA and the PGPM at IAER, and why is the dual degree beneficial?
Ans. At IAER, the MBA + PGPM is a dual degree programme where students simultaneously earn an MBA degree and a Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) certificate, both awarded by MAKAUT. The dual credential is beneficial because it gives graduates two recognised qualifications from a single 2-year programme, enhancing their resume and improving employability. The PGPM component adds a professional management certification alongside the academic MBA degree, which many recruiters value.
