An Honest ground Reality

Likes

Teachers in my department are well-accomplished. They provide support to students along with study material and notes. Even the lab assistants in my department are hardworking and down to earth.
The campus of my college is very eco-friendly. There are a lot of greenery, plants and trees.
There are 2 badminton courts, football ground, cricket ground, vollyball court, basketball court and table tennis room.

Dislikes

Gym is not functional of the college. There are machines provided by the college but they dont work efficiently. Sports room is not the best place in college.
Library is pretty large but during summar its too hot to sit in the library and study. There are limited functional computers in the library to work on.
Wifi is not provided by the college. Since in many classes we are required to download the ppt in our phone by teachers during the class, wifi should be provided by college. Even in computer labs most of the time wifi doesnt work.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm pursuing Biomedical science honours and Its course content is similar to MBBS course content, although it's not as deep as MBBS course. If a student wants to make their career in the scientific world, biomedical science is one the best options I have seen so far. If any student isn't interested in lab work then one should look for other options for a bachelor. Overall course content is precisely made and is very interesting.

Teaching staff is so good and there is no communication difference between students and teachers while some of the teachers are from other states but they can speak Hindi good enough to understand.
There is a big ground and special courts for some sports like badminton, basketball, volleyball etc.A special room for table tennis and special area for practicing cricket in net and a ground too for cricket.
A lot of greenery which gives a peaceful and soothing environment and well maintained gardens and a variety of herbs,shrubs and plants for botanic experiments and ayurvedic treatments as well.

Dislikes

The worst part about my college is its canteen there is shortage of food everytime and a low quality food and stray food too sometimes.
The college campus is not good for summers as there is no facility for air conditioners and there's lot of open area and no place to hide from heat.
Parking facility is not good and lot of old infrastructure and devices in labs that can also result in serious accidents.

Placement Experience:

In my college there are a lot of oppertunities in different companies and also of of state companies like banglore,Pune etc. Students become eligible for placement after completing 1st year. Average package for placement is 6-7 lac per annum. Most of the students don't get placement barely 10% students got placement.My plan is to study MBA after this course because my dream occupation is to become a business man

A comprehensive and enriching academic journey at Bhaskaracharya college of applied sciences.

Likes

I have found the campus is purely green,It has ample security measures including 24 hours security personals and we'll lot pathways.the surrounding around the college is also good.
The campus is well connected by public transportation including DTc buses and also the nearest metro is present almost under 2 km range.
There are numerous grocery stores,cafes, restaurant etc near the college surrounding.there are public libraries also.

Dislikes

Parking can quite be challenging here.the available parking spaces fill up quickly.most of the parking areas are only for college faculties.
There is no hostel inside the campus which is the biggest problem of this college.the cist of living in the surrounding area is very high.rent prices can be a burden for students
Some administration processes such as course registration, financial aid disbursement is slow and inefficient.

The course curriculum of this college is very comprehensive and well structured. It is designed to provide a deep understanding of the subject matter while also encouraging critical thinking and practical application.the curriculum includes a good mix of theoretical knowledge and hands on experience with opportunities for research projects.

Bhaskarachary college - a good college with NIRF ranking 22

Likes

It is a green campus all surrounded in the lap of the nature. The faculty here are supportive and teaches well. It has a decent sports facility and a good gymnasium area. they have a good administrative facility even.

Dislikes

It is a off campus college and there is no proper usage of funds. The canteen facility is too poor although aministrative is working on to improve it
no proper fest is organised as compared to other du colleges.

The courses are designed in a decent way such that the students learn and compete in the competitive world. the student even choose the Generic elective courses of their own as of their choices. With new education policies, students have more diversified courses to select. the examinations are conducted very well on time and according to the calender.

Overview of the college

Likes

College is green and environment is very good for study and playground is very big and staff is very supportive, and professor is also helpful. The college is under the constituent in university of Delhi and colllege is comes under in off campus

Dislikes

administrative work is very slow classroom is very small and fan is also not working no organize of good fest and management is very bad sport facility is also very bad and the maintenance of amphitheater is very bad and society is very unactive

The college have updated syllabus given by university and course structure is very good and also help to clear entrance examinations and teacher teaching style is very good. Syllabus is also help in further studies.

Likes

Faculty of college are very good and well educated
Every year fest is hosted by college in well mannered way.
Inter college sports are hosted that gives opportunity for many students.

Dislikes

Some of the rule and regulations I don't like it.
One rule is that you don't go to other colleges
Overall all things is very good here and I am enjoying it.

In my opinion my course curriculum is very good. I choose BSc (hons.) Chemistry and I am happy with it. Here faculty members are also very friendly and well educated that help me to gain more knowledge.

You will get a scholarship if you are good in study
College have big campus for the sports and other activities

Dislikes

Guards are very rude they talks in rudely to anyone
Washrooms are very unhygienic every time lacks of water

campus is so big as compared to other du colleges
course fees is very less as compared to private colleges
the admin office staffs are very helpful

Dislikes

the mess is so small and whenever we ask something it doesn't have
lab assistants and the few librarians are rude
in exams time you will hear about the bag robbery

actually i didn't want this course but since i had no option i selected this college the faculty student ratio is like 40:7. most of the faculty are phd holder. profers are good but the lb assistany talks rudely. exams coducts in every 5 months

Likes

Music club , being a part of it , it actually makes life fun at campus.
I like my subject and degree a lot , especially the teaching style that is more practical inclined.
Faculty and libraries are amazing, teachers are really interested in teaching and it makes it really nice to be invested in studied like that .

Dislikes

Crowd , as it is a science college only, there is less crowd, therefore less exposure.
The college focuses a lot more on studies than extracurricular activities.

• Food technology is one of the sectors which will never run out of jobs and business scopes . It is widely demanded today,given people are getting more health cautious as we speak . • the faculty: student ratio is 1on 60 in theory classes and 1:30 in practicals . • most teachers are PhD scholars , i personally love the more practical knowledge inclined teaching style of the teachers here . • first semester was around 3 months , the exams were held soon after , they were not very difficult but basic knowledge and hold on subject is required.

College ki baat cheet

Likes

The campus area was good and near to metro.
There class rooms labs and the infrastructure was good
They have many society in which student learns more they need to.

Dislikes

The faculty and their lack of communication between students and staff
Need to improve their library management.
Annual fest was not over the expectation it need to be improved

Course Curriculum Overview:

To grab the placement opportunities. The faculty was not too good as I say it was average and also the student's ratio is good. The teaching method was good but they need to improve because some students are hesitant to ask questions and teacher do not communicate with these students so they need to improve this method. Every year there are 2 terms like semester 1 and Semester 2 of you study you will easily pass.
