Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Kochi Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 5th semester to the second year, the students are eligible for placement procedures. Xime, Kochi has a record of 100% placements. I'm happy to say, I got placed in Dell Technologies, Bangalore. Here, all students from my batch agree that the best ROI was received.

Students become eligible for placements after the 4th trimester. Companies from all the major industries visit colleges for placements. The highest package offered was 14Lpa average package was 9.3Lpa the college has a track record of 100% placement.

From the 5th Semester onwards, i.e. in November the placement process starts. The eligibility criteria for placements is to get at least 4.8 CGPA out of 8 CGPA. Approximately 60 or more companies have visited our campus until now and more than 85% of people have been placed. (As of 3rd February 2022) The highest package until now is around 14 Lakh per annum and the average package per company is around 8 Lakh per annum. (As of 3rd February, 2022) We have a target of 100% placements until April 2022. I have already been placed, so, my plan is to do well in the job I got into, and I'm very happy about it.

The institute has centralized placements with its other two campuses - Bangalore & Chennai. The college has a student-driven placement committee for facilitating the placement process with companies like- Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Dell, Oracle, WIPRO, EY, PWC. By the end of Jan '22, we have had 85% of students placed with an average CTC of 7.5 Lpa.

This is a student-driven college and the student placecom team does its job. Almost everyone from my batch has been placed into good companies and there are a lot of opportunities for any individuals. (Different companies would come for campus placements, its upto them how they perform and get into these companies)

From the fourth trimester, a person is eligible for the campus placement, big 4 companies, dell, banks, Wipro, oracle and all its companies visit the campus, the highest package is 11 lakh and the average package is 7.5 lakh, the college provides 100% placement.

Placements start right after the 5th Trimester. The placement process takes place in Bangalore. In my batch, the highest package was 12 LPA and the lowest was 4.5 LPA. All kinds of companies come like Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, HP, Zomato, etc.

The college has high placement records. They conduct industrial visit on TCS, BHEL, TITAN, TVS etc. Our college has an incubation centre which nurtures and facilitates in promotion of start-up. The college took some initiative for the alumni network from seniors and guest lecturers.
