SVKM's Pravin Gandhi College of Law Mumbai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

There is a separate department called Placement cell. They majorly focus on 4th and 5th year students. They also conduct skill development and training sessions for all the students respectively. They also conduct campus placement. My plans after degree is to do LLM and work along with it.

college placements are quite well referring to old pattern and internship opportunity provides by college college has its own placement cell and alumni connect committee which helps student a lot on securing placements

The course curriculum is extremely relevant as I have subjects such as economics ,political science, history of courts , sociology all the subjects give me a better thought process to understand the law which is what I'm studying eg. I could understand politics better as I have learnt the basics of it in political science

The diversity of the subjects every semester made me choose this college. The flow of the subjects and topics slowly going deeper into the concept is very easy to understand. We have written sem end exams (75 marks) and mid sem exams (10 marks) and one project per subject per sem (15 marks)

Placements of the college are okay. Not very high and not very low, it is at a good point which can be improved and be higher. From 3rd year the college provides for internship opportunities in many big law firms. The avg package may be around 6-8 lakhs and the highest may be around 15-17 lakhs but it fluctuates every year. Companies like ELP, SAM, trilegal, Cyril amarchand mangaldas,AZB patners,etc have offered packages to many students. There is no exact data available for exact % of students placed or offered made. I plan to go in litigation after my degree.

The college do provide decent placement but the college can do much better with regards to placement. The college provides four to five lakh per annum as average placement which is much better than the colleges which do not provide a single placement.

Good faculty, college location, the crowd, the placement opportunities I get after graduation, the easy entrance studies, the surrounding areas of the college, the college campus, the canteen of the college

SVKM is a public charitable trust registered under the societies registration act 1860 and the bombay public trusts act 1950. Infrastructure of the college is very good and campus is quite beautiful. Library is resourceful.
