The course which I have choose is Bachelor of Business Management which is a very relevant course but I feel that improvements are needed to be made because this course does not give you much skills which it should give and practical life as student after passing undergraduate degree they go to internship the job but they don't get the satisfied or needed job because of lack of skills that is I believe it is due to the less improvise or less examined course

BBA HONOURS is a course that can help you. Your upcoming time. For jobs as well as goodwill it's a pretty good course. There are many faculties in bba honors. Plus there are more courses so one can imagine the number of teachers available. Most of the teachers are Doctorate as well as double graduated.
Faculty treat the students very well and if you need any kind of support they will be always there to help you. Even if you have some doubts you can directly go to the mentors who will support you without any trouble.
The faculty is well qualified with doctorate degrees and PhD. The staff is really very helpful. Talking about the faculty-student ratio, there are fixed staff for departments of all degrees so that there is no goof-up to conduct lectures and the student's time is not wasted. The exam was set up by the Mumbai University which was of the moderate level to pass conducted every semester and the internals was conducted by the college staff which were again moderate level
Honestly, I am not to impressed with the curriculam or for that matter the academics. As someone getting into the media field having subjects relating to the name of the course would be more relevant. Subjects like in the first year- economics, cultural studies and political studies that have not one bit anything to do regarding the media was included in the academics. I am from the last batch of bmm before the mumbai university changed it to Bammc last year. The course Bammc has vast subjects including visuals and sounds which are very reliable and accurate to media studies than what I had. I had to apply for a separate sound and editing course and a digital marketing course outside college just to learn the basics of marketing and the media industry. I am in TY now and it feels a lot of stress to study complicated theories and to do practical material when the clear basics could have been solved in the earlier years of college. A few faculty members are good at teaching and are well aware of what the current industry is and what the students need. Professors are good with theory matter but for the practical part, it is absolutely pathetic. We had a subject computers and we had to learn editng softwares for our projects in the FY and the professor clearly did not know a lot about it, as she did not have a computer nor editing background and eneded up teaching us photoshop through powerpoint, there was no physical interaction with students while doing so. When I contancted a few of my friends from other colleges they had learnt about 2-3 editing softwares with a proper guidance. The college also provides with outside faculty with more experience but sometimes they tend to miss lectures and then at the end of the academic year try and rush with the portion. Also, when a lot of professors are given feedback from students, it is not taken well and the students tend to get the brunt of it. The college for the bmm course has good professors when it comes to teaching theory material but not so much for practical or interactive subjects professors for subjects like - photography, computer/editing. Also, the subjects like- economics, political science, cultural studies and psychology does not make sense in media studies unless it is related to the media which it clearly wasn't.
The course was well managed by the college. We had 3 industrial visits in the 3 years course. The faculty was very particular and serious regarding the lectures and were always on time and the lectures were regular.
The BBI faculty was excellent got great exposure and training like experience for banking got support from faculty members and colleagues had great time doing that was much great experience of lifetime
Curriculum was Very good ! Faculties as i said was very Perfect in every aspect ! They were very good In all respect!! Regarding the helping nature of the professor and all the Things were very good!
The infrastructure of the campus is very nice there is also a hostel facility for the students and a big playground also so that students can play various sports there. The campus has its medical centre in case of any emergency. There are 6 canteen in the college and the food served there is also very good and hygienic. Fee structure is feasible.
My course fees was approx 20-25k per year. We did not pay any additional fees except industrial visit fee. The college provides us with a break up of complete fee structure via fee receipts. It includes library fees, IT fees, etc. Governement courses like BSC, BCom, BSC were quite cheaper ranging around 5-6k per year.
