The BA Animation and Graphic Design program faces challenges with a smaller faculty compared to other departments, and students often find teachers formal and less approachable, needing to study independently. Students can start applying for placements from their 4th semester. Recently, Apple Box Media recruited 5 out of over 20 students for roles in graphic design and animation, offering a starting salary of Rs 3,000 per month. Approximately 20% of students from the department secure job placements.

Apple Box Media also offers internships with a similar stipend of Rs 3,000 per month. To apply, students must submit a portfolio demonstrating their skills with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Illustrator. Scholarships are available for minority groups and Scheduled Castes, while merit students can enjoy reduced donation costs. Additionally, those who excel in semester exams receive a yearly scholarship, albeit a small monetary reward. The annual tuition fee for the course is Rs 60,000.
