VCSGGIMS&R Srinagar, established in 2008, offers two fee structures based on a bond agreement. Students opting for the bond pay Rs 50,000 per year, committing to serve in Uttarakhand for five years post-graduation, while non-bonded students pay Rs 1.45 lakh annually. Hostel fees are Rs 6,000 per year. Scholarships are available only for SC, ST, and students with specific army backgrounds, typically around Rs 50,000 per annum.
The National Scholarship Portal also provides opportunities for eligible students. During the internship, a monthly stipend of Rs 17,000 is provided, increasing to Rs 70,000 during junior residency. The college has 150 MBBS seats and 75 paramedical seats, funded by the Uttarakhand government, with no management quota. Seats are allocated with 80% through state quota and 15% through all-India quota.
