The faculty in number is quite less compared to the students. There are multible part completion tests year round and a mud term exam with practicals and viva to add on and become the internal assessment. And a final exam with vuva and practical at end of the year
Faculty to students ratio is around 30:1
Jk beniwal phisiology niyati airan anatomy janki bartwal cme are good faculty they catchup the students and and support their academic and hostel Life
Exam pattern is yearly but internal examination are there passing is difficult
Around 30 students get supplementary out of 150 students
Our faculty members are well qualified for their jobs. Every teacher is an expert of their field. Here faculty to student ratio is also good in clinical postings which gives you more exposure and give few more chances of interaction teacher for better learning. In clinical postings we interact with the teachers and there they guide us to become a good doctor.
Not that good, for the first two years of the course we have faculty albeit adequately. But after that you would be lucky if you even have a HOD of your subject. We just rely on our seniors to pave the way for us. They just tell us the main topics, we study them and pass.
All the faculties are post graduated in their branches and have a great teaching and treating experience. Different branches have multiple faculties to look after both patients and students. They look after both OPD and classes.
Teachers are average. But there is actually problem of lack of teachers in this college.
Like some departments not even have MBBS doctors. They are run by PhDs and MScs.
There is real shortage of lack of communication.
