The college has a faculty of over 20 members, serving about 200 students per batch, with each student receiving weekly guidance from a facilitator. Prominent faculty include Mr. Abir Ghosh, Mr. Ayaz Ahmed Shafi, Mr. Raj Kiran Shyam, and Mr. Ankit Agarwal. It offers a Post Graduate Programme of Management (PGPM) and an MBA, each spanning two years with four semesters and a total of eight exams. After the second semester, students are eligible for campus placements, with companies like PWC, EY, Deloitte, and Vialto Partners participating.
The highest placement package is 14 LPA, with other top packages around 8 LPA and an average of 6-7 LPA. Over 85% of students secure placements yearly. The college also offers a summer internship program for a minimum of 45 days with companies like ITC, Godrej, and Himalayas, and live projects with stipends from companies such as ITC, Dabur, and Snap-cabs. The total MBA cost is Rs. 6,83,000, reduced to Rs.
6,30,000 with a Rs. 20,000 scholarship for students with a 50% aggregate in 10th, 12th, and Graduation. The Kanyashree scholarship offers an additional Rs. 48,000. Admission processing fees are Rs. 53,000. Educational loans are payable in two installments: Rs. 2,90,000 and Rs. 3,20,000. Self-financed students pay in three installments per year: Year 1 - Rs. 1,50,000, Rs. 90,000, Rs. 90,000; Year 2 - Rs. 90,000, Rs. 95,000, Rs. 95,000. The Swami Vivekananda Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship offers Rs.
24,000 per year.
