Likes

Faculty support is great , college staff is very supportive
Events management by the college is good.

Dislikes

Canteen food is not good or not worthy,there is no transportation service for students
Class are not up to the mark ,there is darkness in some classes
There is no extra course conduct by the college management

Placement Experience:

The campus placement In this college is decent like minimum pakaage is 3-4 lpa and max is 12lpa. But is all depends on student and faculty how they build the students to cracks the interview and get placed in good Companies

Pillai hoc College of engineering and technology is good college regarding studies and social life.

Likes

The teachers of first year aur excellent . They guide you perfectly for your career
Cold water is available in ever 5 min of walk distance
Clean and working equipment in labs , and clean washrooms

Dislikes

Attendence is taken much seriously than school
Network issue is the biggest prlb in class
No air conditioner are provided in classes

Course Curriculum Overview:

For sure course curriculum is average , subjects in first year are not well rewarding. Exams are not that much tough if you have even read syllabus once you will score . There are 2 internals and one external in which internals are of 20 or 15 marks and external is 60 or 80 marks depending on subject

The campus is beautiful, the staff for first year are very sweet towards us . Admission assistance is proper and they guide you throughout. We have seminars on various aspects like opportunities in foreign , campus placements ,etc
Euforia festival which is held in the end of february is an cultural festival in our college which is generally for 3-4 days . It gives a lot of memories and is so fun everytime . Celebrities visit the campus in between movie promotions .

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are quite average but they make sure most of the students get placed through college. There's a seperate placement cell for the purpose which keeps records of the student's merit and certifications . Internship opportunities are also presented to students by the college itself .

Likes

Basically I like Infrastructure and Faculties of the college.
The Faculties are so much Nice and supported

Dislikes

The Hostel Managment is not so good and in starting they serve food very good but afterwords it becomes disaster

Fees and Financial Aid:

So Basically the fee structure of pillai HOC college is 100000 per year and of you are giving MHCET then your fee structure will be decided by using your CAST. Campus Placement is up to 8 LPA and This year around 70 to 80 Percent placements are done

Vision of college is great.they are passionate and hardworking
That's also great,feels free to interact with anyone,everybody is humble and loyal.
That's not too good as per my experience until now.i haven't heard much about In campus placements

Dislikes

Class rooms are not good..there should be improvement in like there should be smart boards
Cantine is small ,doesn't have that much space that all students be fit that particular space.
Attendance should not be 75% compulsory,there should be some relaxation

The record and ratings of this college in engineering field is really good which really motivated to choose this field and am enjoy this too..the college and staff are working hard on me to make me a good engineer so that i may have a good fun with my profession im future.

About the college I liked the infrastructure the most and big campus with greenery
Social ,Cultural,technical events are one of biggest and amazing
All the facilities and faculties within the course the best and professional

Dislikes

There is no such things that can be disliked
One thing that sometjimes rarely the lifts might nog work properly
College is little far for me drom my home

Placement Experience:

In the 6th semester we are eligible for the placements. In all the semester we all clear all the subljects for being eligible. Many companies come highest package is of 12 -13 Lpa and average 6Lpa. Approx 75 percent students are placed

Things I liked about my college are mainly the supportive faculties and there teaching process. Our college keeps on digitalising consistently. Applying smart tv and projector in the classrooms have developed the teaching quality of the department
Our college is also known for it's fests, the Euforia festival is worth visiting. These fests are held every year in the month of January and February. After the Euforia, Computer department also organises an tech fest known as HACKATHON.

Dislikes

The travelling during summers as the heat and dust throughout the travel are an issue

Placement Experience:

Campus placements begin in the final year only and not earlier than that. Various companies visit our campus every year to recruit the students before there final year exams. There is also an job fair where many companies visit our college at the same time and recruit the students
