G.V.M Girls College Sonepat Faculty

Hi! My name is Annu. There are a number of faculties in our college like open atmosphere, big classrooms and the water cooler during summer. I like the faculty of college for student to share their problems with principle like parents. There are 9 exams for one semester with one is compulsory. But I experienced that all are very easy when my institute's teachers were read us with hard work.

In there are the teachers and students relationship are very good. The geography department teacher are also very good. I have also all teachers very good. There are exam nor simple or tough, average exam are also .

The faculty to student relationship is good but some faculty members are very rude . I like my course teachers and also like other teachers who are good . The reason is they help me in my study also they provide other opportunities and they give knowledge about my future and taught me about what I do after this course. I dislike most is library staff and the clerk staff . Both are lazy . Library staff didn't provide book easily they always create issue and start argument with students. The teacher done exam duties very honestly. There is no cheating system. The exams are of medium type , if students did proper study they will get easily pass else they have back in their exams. The marking schemes is not good . It can be good if they want . In last i also want to tell you about my college hostel. The water supply of non drinkable water like bathing water is very poor . In summer we have to bath in very hot water which lead to skin infection. The mess food menu is very bad . It would be better if they want but they didn't change it . Sometimes they make delicious food but sometimes doesn't. When the principal is come in our hostel they make delicious food but sometimes we have to sleep hungry

We had sufficient numbers of teachers like there were two to three teachers of same subject for different types of courses and even for the same course we had different teachers for theory and lab work. Although I liked the math professor Dr Renu as she was so dedicated and focused. Although most of the teachers are like that but there is two or three teachers which were good in their subjects but their teaching is just average. You will have exams according to your course as I had 8 to 11 exams per semester so I would say around 48 exams I gave.

Faculties are very good. I like library, labs , canteen, computer etc. facilities. Exams are held two times in a year. Level of exam is moderate to hard. Maximum number of students pass the exams. A few number of students fail to clear the exams.

The faculty I have been seen the campus many companies came for the placement. Student are eligible for the placements in their 5 semester . the environment of college was very good . Well behaved staff members. Full cooperated friendly and helpful torchers.

Faculty performance in the classroom is crucial for good delivery and good student profile mens the staff in the given JC is experience faculty members are enhanced student knowledge and skills research and sharing of knowledge by faculty member can make them more effective the task performed by faculty based on their learning and teaching experience are significant believing that student are priority create gvm GCA healthy environment for teaching and learning. The teacher are quite good in nature they are also willing to help us in any college hours.

The faculty members are good in communication assessment, subject matter. In other words member teaching efficiency is good. The teacher are 1 member over 30 students.The faculty members have more than 20 year of experience.have good assesment skill .

The lacturares are really very good. I dont know about the whole college but there are20 teachers in our department.our HOD is a phd holder. The lecturers are post graduate s with net.Some are very experienced.Mostly teachers teaches very well.These teaches very well.They cover up the whole syllabus.

Faculty was very good. Helpful teachers ,their friendly attitude and availability helped even shy students to ask their doubts. Not only in science department,all departments had very good faculty as well as good principal.
