Which is better for MBBS - Dr. DY Patil Medical College Pune, SRMC (SRU) Chennai or KS Hegde (affiliated to NITTE University) Mangalore?

If the fees are not your major consideration, then according to the patient load, SRMC and DY Patil are much better than KS Hegde. Though the curriculum and training provided to the students are a lot better in KS Hegde. The one thing that should matter most is graduating successfully with an MBBS degree. Patient load is not the primary concern until post graduation. KS Hegde also gives a lot of importance to extracurricular activities, sports and cultural events. This helps in the students holistic development as well. Therefore, analyzing everything, it is suggested that KS Hegde will be better to pursue an MBBS degree.

For Indian Citizen Collage charges fees INR 17,78,000 for 5.5 years for MBBS by Management quota. It includes tution fee 1770000 , and exam fee 8000. For 1st year there is university charges INR 6500 which will be added only in 1st year fee. So for 1st year fee is 17,84,500 For 2,3 and 4 th year fee is 1778000 For 5th year fee is 899000 For NRI It charges INR 2828000 per annum for 5.5 years which includes tution fees INR 2820000 and examination fee INR 8000 for MBBS by Management quota. I pay 1756000 yearly which includes the tuition fee and other institutional infrastructure fee, but the fees for writing university examination is taken separately each year at the beginning of the course it's 6000 approx

The year wise payment is 1756000 And it remains same for next 4 years and in the last half year it becomes 878000. It has extra 6000 as university payment and another 6000 for exam fees. You have to pay differently for all lab manuals and records and for the basic instrument and white coat.

Good facilities and infrastructure, great faculties, good for academics and if you want to focus only on studies .

College fees - 1750000rs /year Other charges ( university exam fee ) - 6k only in the 1st year Hotel + mess fees - around 100000rs/year + 20k deposit only in the 1st year Same for everyone except KEA students , for them it's around 1.5 lakh

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is well coordinated with the MCI guidelines for an IMG. There are regular hospita visits and postings for better exposure on the clinical side. The college provides one of the best academic results. Well experience faculty who are thorough with their subjects and are always approachable.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

Program fee was feasible back then but now it has increased sharply. There will be some additional fee to be paid apart from tution fee. Bank payment including online and cash payment can be made. Fee transperancy depends on the type of seat taken- all india seat, management seat etc.

Best MBBS college

My first year fee was around 14 lacs which is not feasible for any program. I paid my fee with the help of the student loan which was facilitated by my good NEET scores. The entire course costed me around 64 lacs.

Jist about my college

Our college does give scholarship to selected research projects but excludingthat im not aware of any Scholarships per se. There is no loan facility in our college. This is according what i know of.

My college review

Most of the student take education loan because of the high fees structure. My college is a research oriented college so they do provide some scholarship for the students who want to do research and apart from this they also provide faculty to the students which constantly help them do research and publish there research in various platforms.
