Currently there are neither companies visited nor any placements because we are the first batch of psychology. But for better placement, you have to atleast complete your master's in psychology specially specialisation in any of the fields of psychology which puts you in a better place to get a job. I am planning my master's in psychology after completing my graduation.
In terms of placement, the placement cell organized and invite different companies. Placement cells are approached for different companies to maximize the chances to get the placement. And many students got selected for placements. My course is B.A programme.
1)After the 5th semester we were eligible for the campus placement.
2) Genpact was the company from which I got my offer letter.
3) No idea about this.
4) Very less and talented students were able to secure placements.
5) Masters and a professional course
As Bcom hons. Is a very good course
And from being a commerce student it is very right option to choose it.
No of faculty are starting enough in our students and students are also enough
Ratio I think
Facult: students
11:2
Teaching methods of the teachers were excellent and outstanding. Both.
After 6 months exams were scheduled
And it was easy to clear if on prepare for that.
The college has its own placement cell which provides job and internship opportunities to students. Students of final year are eligible for placements while others are eligible for internships. The average package of our college is around 5 lakhs Around 60% of students get placements will complete their CA after my graduation.
Our placement cell-WINGS. It provides internship opportunities and placement to graduates throughout the year. It is one of the most active and hardworking cells in our college. You will find great people and you need not wait for them to tell you about opportunities, you can yourself use the website and find jobs suitable for you.
Covid has made it quite difficult to be a part of placements now. Honestly speaking I don't possess the knowledge about this first handedly. No information is available right now looking at the current situation.
From the last semester that is the sixth semester a person becomes eligible for job placement and there are many job fairs that are done in college for the same. Teachers guide us too to interview in certain organizations. Many companies visited the campus, coca-cola, Infosys, etc, and certain NGO organizations too.
My college placements are very good. I think from 4 th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Some of the companies who visited our college include wipro, mission education etc. Highest package 5 lacs and average should be 2 lacs. Approx 30% of students get placement. I thought of doing MCom.
I would say placements are quite good in college as high-profile companies used to come to college before the pandemic, offers were quite good and many internships were offered by the college. I am pursuing my CA so the most idea is to go for CA after getting my degree.
