There are many staffs are here in the college campus and they are treating well the college providing a 12 courses and 12 departments are available in our college and the fees are under 40000 and there are 50000 students are studying

We have more experience staff who always good with us both in our educational and personal life

The ratio of faculty and students is 1.3. Our staff are always welcomed us for any problems to clear. Our most respected HOD. I like my Savitha mam. For her care of our each students and develop their career brighter. There are 3 exam in a semester and totally 6 exams in a year.

Sacred heart college

The teaching staffs: Since I am a non malyali,teachers and students makes me understand and helps me figure out in translation.

The faculty people are approachable and friendly enough,they handle our doubts nicely.We have normal class tests and seminars in which we learn new things,then we have our internals and then sem end exams.

My comprehensive journey in sacred heart college

Dislikes

The use of Tamil language is too common even among teachers and also while teaching.
Even though it is an English medium college the use of Tamil is not taken any action

The faculties are very friendly with students. They are very well qualified to teach the students. The teacher are very good with regard to teaching without any partiality. The exams are fairly easy. But most of the students in my class has alot of back paper. The course curriculum is updated upto the utmost and is of high quality.

Good university at all

A good environment to study, and faculty members are friendly towards students

Faculty are too strict at something like punctuality of classwork submission and at college timing and attendance. Dr: Joseph is such a man who takes everything in a positive manner and drives children to the right path. Mrs: Janaki takes everything personally and reduces internal marks. There are 3 examinations in a semester, CA 1, CA2, semester. Moreover, it’s an autonomous college so exams are easy to face and there are no chances of fail.

Its very useful to known about my college

Observing faculty in action is a good way. The observation of the faculty member could be conducted by the department head and also by colleagues at different times. A rubric/checklist should be prepared in advance and needs to be filled during the observation. The most important thing is to do both announced and unannounced observation visits. The faculty members should expect both to happen. Another way for evaluating faculty performance is by using a self-evaluation, usually done in the form of a video that the faculty member shoots of himself/herself in action. After they are done taping a class they taught, they can view their video and then reflect on what they did well and what things they need to change. The reflection could be done individually or with the guidance of a colleague or a department head or a mentor, etc.
