When I was applying for engineering colleges,I consider several options, Government college of engineering bargur,sona college of technology, Government college of engineering salem, Government college of engineering coimbatore, ultimately I choose Government college of engineering bargur because of the key reasons ?Fee structure and affordability ?Location and accessibility ?course specialization

I got this college through TNEA 2022 counselling process.I have only selected lla the government college presenting tamilnadu .Because I don't have financial background to study in private colleges.To get in these college the student should have ainimum cut off of 140 for mechanical deoartment

The admission process is very nice and good. Iliked it very much. The option for college is very huge . I like to improve the time consuming process in the admission for students. Because it takes about a month to join in the college.

Candidates must pass +12 standard. 50% marks in bachelor's degree in the relevant stream. Visit the official website of Government college of Engineering Bargur. Fill the application form with all the necessary documents. Scan and upload the documents. Submit the documents and pay the fees.

Candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria. A merit list will be prepared by DOTE and the cutoff will be released based on the marks of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in 10+2. Candidates whose names are on the merit list have to register for TNEA counseling. To participate in the counseling, candidates have to register and give preference to GCE Bargur. Seats will be allotted based on merit, category of the candidates, and preference filled. Finally, candidates need to submit the documents and pay the fees to confirm the seats.

The admission process for the Government College of Engineering Bargur is done by tnea counseling. Counseling is based on cut off mark gained through 12th mark and also there is reservation of seats through counseling through caste reservation. Fees for the application of tnea is 5500 in which 5000 will be deposited to college as a part of 1st year fees.

The main reason for selecting this college is that it is a government college so fees are very less. I heard that there's water scarcity in the college. The only way to get into the college is by TNEA counselling. The staffs are mostly the experienced ones.

Overall my college environment study are excellent.

Course curriculum spread across 4 years of time involves labs, compulsory end of course project, vivas and practicals, all combined for the students to learn and understand properly. Focus is given on research too.

Intake is relatively less in M.E. and the students are given stipend as per the government norms. Special focus in given on research for the students who want to pursue teaching post completion of this course.
