- Academic excellence: bmsce is renowned for its academic excellence, with a faculty comprised of highly qualified professors who are experts
- The scholarship is applied to all students who can make use of it and it can be applied by caste certificate campus selection is good in college and the campus is too cool and eco-friendly.
- The computer labs, the canteens, the greenery, the cleanliness, the faculty, the clubs, the enjoyment opportunities as well as the academic opportunities. the college also provides a lot of opportunities to study abroad for masters degree
Dislikes
- The hostel facility is really bad they have only one hostel inside campus and other 4 are outside the main campus
- Tuition fess is ok but it can be reduced because kcet people have half the fees than comedk.there is no scholarship present for comedk students, campus provide very good faculty in few streams and few bad faculty in bad.
- Curriculum was really bad for us as we were the batch who joined after corona thing so it was very disturbed so many postponements took place students got really stressed and they protested too .

- Library is amazing you will find all the books ranging from 1st year to 4th year from gre to gate to gmat or upsc if you want to prepare for any exam you will find the required material
- The social life is very good . There are more than 40 clubs which you can join and explore your interest and passion
- Placments are good lot of companies visit so you can get placed. Also the sports facilities are amazing
Dislikes
- The intake from this year is very high which creates disparity and competiton is more during placments
- The environment is very competitive that it is even difficult to make friends as it is very competitive and people do not want to help each other
- Some of the faculties are good and some of not . The college is very hectic as every month you will be having internals
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is pretty decent considering the market conditions and they teach you with well equipped technologies. Eg for students of AIML the whole curriculum is designed in python which revelant to their stream and from first year they teach you some programming languages that are beneficial
It can improved by focusing more on practical learning and latest technologies
Exams are very frequent as you have them every month other than that the college is pretty chill

- There is freedom to rome any where in the college and there will be frequent club events
- The teacher s are friendly and supportive in environment
- There is no discrimination between girls and boys

- If id card is not there means they will not allow us to the college
Course Curriculum Overview:
Now there booming cousce is cse so i have taken it and i liked corce subject so i have took it. Now i am in the first year only but up to now they have tell the application based and relevant information about the subject fully and prepare us for any of the question they ask means we can say like that. They will explain the real world application s also. The frequency of the exam is for every month and the toughness will be depends on yhe subject and on the average i have seen are medium level based papers there are also tough papers

- The college in the middle of the beautiful city banglore
- All malls are near to the college we can get access to what we need easily
- This college good faculty. Most of the teacher well qualified
Dislikes
- BMS campus is small. And it nearly 11 acres land
- Geeting holidays is less we have holidays on only second and fourth saturday
- Conducting three mid exams I didn't like that because they are conducting 3 exams and selecting best of two
Placement Experience:
The placements in this College until now it is better doing in placements most of the students getting placed the avg package for cse branch is 11-12 lakhs. I think percentage of getting placed nearly 85 percent

- The campus life is better than many colleges in Bangalore
- Better opportunities for sports and other co curriculums.
- Many clubs and societies are also there to participate
Dislikes
- The campus size is very very small(10-12 acres).
- They have the most delayed academic session
- The academic management is a bit poor according to me

Course Curriculum Overview:
The internal exams happens every month. Best of three internals are considered. The attendance criteria is 85%. The teaching methods are pretty decent in this college. Also we have 3 labs per week so we also get to know the practical aspect of the subjects.

- I liked the quality of the crowd in the campus along with kind and helpful teachers who are chill most of the time unlike typical engineering college teachers.
- You can make new friends and also find a peer group which often matches with your interests and vibes.k
- The placements are decent enough considered a reputed private engineering college and the curriculum is quite lenient when compared to other colleges like PES,RVCE and etc.,
Dislikes
- The campus size is quite small but you can have great time with your team around the campus.
- BMSCE hasn't become University yet , even being autonomous institute it's curriculum might contain some vtu hectic activities.
- The Freshers building could be improved as it hasn't all the utililities as that of the PJ block.

The placement data of 2024 was as follows:
AVG PACKAGE: 12LPA
MEDIAN: 8 LPA
HIGHEST: AROUND 45 LPA
PLACEMENT RATE: AROUND 66%
Yep , the ration can be increased but a well amount of students opt for higher studies and some for startups.

- Cultural societies. In shorts college clubs. These clubs are the best part of college. There are 50 clubs in our college.
- The labs . There are very clean and good . They provide everything which is needed to perform an experiment.
- Library. The best Library. It has all the books to fulfill students needs . And also they have computers . If one is willing to search something online
Dislikes
- Some faculty . They elaborate too much . Which can be taken as a positive point but since they couldn't complete the syllabus. They took extra classes which was so annoying.
Course Curriculum Overview:
College has many workshops.
Which prepares us for real world applications.
Workshops are taken by outside and experienced members . College calls outside people to conduct workshops. And cultural societies make us meet and interact with people .

- The activity points concept is shit not much into it
- Language issue with the locals in the college
- Canteen prices can be made much Cheaper and tastier

The placement is good as they ensure you a decent package that is of 10lpa more than 50prrcent of students get placements highest package was upto 50lpa and many companies often visit the college google Microsoft nd so on

- Campus size, although BMS college of engineering was established in 1946 according to the student intake the campus size is quite small
Placement Experience:
Students after 3rd year are eligible for internships and fourth year can get there PPO or placement through the campus
HP and JP Morgan visit our college and highest package of 51 LPA
Mostly everyone gets placed by the end of their 4th year.

- College area is a little bit short as compared to the no. of students
- No proper outdoor courts for sports like cricket, football etc
Placement Experience:
From what i have heard, most children start to get internship cum placement in 5th semester. There are many companies that come for the placement process namely: accenture, adobe, ericsson, ey india, amazon, oracle, paytm, hul, ibm, philips etc. The average highest salary of college goes around 40L with average being somewhere around 10 to 15L. Placement percentage is almost around 70%.

- Decent pakage,this clg provies an average pakage of 10to 12 lakhs for cs whis is kinda okk compared to other clgs
- All professors are well qualified, a nearly 80% of them are PhD holders the teaching is also good
- There are many clubs here which you can join to explore your intrests,
Dislikes
- Campus size is really small , it's about 11 acers ,
- Infrastructure is not so impressive,as it's a clg started in 1946
- This the intake was increased drastically so it's a bit crowded too
Placement Experience:
Students are allowed for placement from 3rd year that is form 5th sem i think so...I heard top package of this year is 33LPA, and placements are still going on
In cse nearly 90-100% of them get placed with a decent pakage
