Faculty:

There are above 10 lecturers in my course and their avg age is 30 and PHD qualification Teacher quality includes ability to deliver sound content with ease of understanding by students. In addition to using students to measure teacher performance, a senior and experienced person in the area being evaluated can be used and usually external evaluator or blind evaluation is best. Using the peers who are in same college or faculty could be sentimental.

In my collge there are 3 main departments. Almost in every subject there are two or more lectures. So it will be helpfull to the students to complete their portions. And also for the lecturers their burdens will came down. Lecturers is conducting regular exams like unit test, internal exams for the students for their improve in the subject to help in the main exams. The relationship with students and teachers is in good touch.
