Puducherry Technological University Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 6th semester the students are eligible for college placements I once visited my placement office, I saw many companies were came for the placement process and u saw so students were attending the placement jobs

Foe every semester they will give 6 months time to complete the semester and alsoo for exams they will givee minimum 5 to 6 days gap for every semester exam. There will be some difficulty for the semester exams.

Actually we can get placed here with very low amount.to get high placement we need to expose outside of colleges and I m getting scholarship and trying for internship outside in good company so I may can get good package.

At 3rd Year, 6 th semester or 7 th semester students can try for company placements. Company such as Tata Consultancy Services, Accenture, Cognizant, L&T, TVS from Chennai and Pondicherry, Qspyder, Wabag. The highest package is 4 LPA and 3.5 LPA

Students at ptu become eligible for campus placement from 7th semester onward.Nearly 48 companies visited our campus like,tata,mahindra ,google, microsoft,sony and etc.... The highest package is 12LPA and average package is 5.7 LPA.Around 85% of the students getting placements and my plan is to get a good campus placement.

College offers many placement and big companies like l & t wipro amazon infosys visit our college every year and take the brightest of brightest students to place them in a very good jobs. 70% of the students get placed

From the 7th semester onwards the students are trained and become eligible for the in campus placements. We have few big companies like L&T , TATA, Mahindra tech ,Wipro etc visiting our campus placements. For mechanical department,the total average package availed is 5 lakhs and highest in the previous year is 13 lakhs

Placements here is good but not sufficient enough from 6 semister they generally apply to the placements highest is around 13 lakhs. Average package ---12lpa so I'm going to write gate exam to persue higher education coz the amount of students placed here is low

The campus placement are not good in our college.The companies here are basic companies like wipro,infosys,L and T ,Tata Consultancy service .the highest package is 24 l and average package is 5 l per annum
