Campus life here is great, giving one of the best exposure.
The faculty of our college sri gur gobind college of commerce du is amazing in terms of teaching methods, mentorship, and overall interaction between teachers and students.
These companies offer the best annual package to students with many other opportunities.

Dislikes

There is no fest in this college and all societies are in name only and mostly dead.
Companies offer very poor job profiles.average plaement is 5.5l and its terrible.
We do not have any cricket ground and there is no proper space for sports on the campus

A COMPREHENSIVE GUIDE TO YOUR JOURNEY IN SGGSCC

Likes

the college boasts a vibrant culture with active societies like 180DC and Enactus which bring overall development.
iinfrastructure of clg is better than most of the colleges IN DU
Crowd in clg is great with only two categories minority and generals.

Dislikes

canteen food is awful, the oil in chhole bhature is concerningly thick
cricket ground is given for lease students cant play there ;/

Course Curriculum Overview:

BMS is one of the best courses in DU, and the curriculum that we read is completely relevant to the real world as the questions that we solve in the classroom are based on real life with interactive approach specially in fundamentals of management wherein we discuss of case studies.

It has ACs which are not available in various DU colleges.

Dislikes

Not good placements and internships. No campus life.
Poor Library and canteen is worst. No proper sports facility.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements on entering their 5th semester. Campus placements are not very good. Companies offer very poor job profiles.Average plaement is 5.5L and its terrible. I am planning to MBA from Teir 1 after graduation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for this course as I want to make my life in digital marketing. The crowd of the college was quite good. The facility of teaching is adorable because they provide us with practical examples. Exams are conducted twice a year (semster)

My Life at SGGSCC

Placement Experience:

The college offers really good placements from companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, Bain and Co, TresVesta and many more. The highest package this year was 21.4L for DE Shaw and the mean was around 6.5 L per annum (CTC). The percentage of students getting placements was close to 75-80%.

I have been interning for firms which was referred to me by friends and family. I am not sure if the college provides with any. Internship programmes

Placement Experience:

As I am a first-year student, I am a long way far from the placement. But the college has many national companies that visit and help in the placement of students. The placement cell is which manages all of this.

A Happy Student- Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, New Delhi.

Placement Experience:

The placements provided by the college are normal for the colleges in Delhi university the average placements amount 3-4 Lakhs per annum while the highest placements can go up to 12-13 Lakhs per annum. About 80% of the students get placed in companies like Deloitte, Aditya Birla Capital etc.

College with best infrastructure, crowd and exposure.

Entrance Preview:

I gave DU JAT 2015 and got around AIR 320. My aim was for SSCBS but my college is no less than that. Initially I thought to drop and appear next year again but the exposure and experience I gained from my college in very 1st year of my college was amazing hence i stayed in this college only.
