- It's great to hear that 40% of students secure internships with companies like rocket accounting, brevistay, and m8 solutions.
- Faculties are very good, kind and will give many ideas after ug.
- Surrounding and environment is peaceful and neat. most of the facilities are good

- Sometimes some of the wardens may behave rude
- Attendance should be more than 75%. Or else problem arise for writing semester exams.
- The football fields condition is pretty bad due to a lack of maintenance

Placement Experience:
The placements were okay in our college, it starts from the second year onwards in respect to diff degree. For economics it starts from 5th semester onwards. There were many companies who visited including goldman sachs, deloitte, zoho, tcs, accenture etc. and the package starts from 1,20,000 to 12,00,000 rupees per annum.

- Infrastructure is not as expected and widely spoken by people
- Placements are good. However, they disqualify as many as possible and placements for other courses are not good.
- Cultural events are not worth the money.

Course curriculum is not much relevant.
Though teaching methods are good course curriculum is not upto the mark .
Courses curriculum should include more chapters that are relevant to the course .

- In department of economics faculties are really friendly and they help you whenever needed. Doubts can be clarified even after class hours.
- For BA ECONOMICS (Self financed ) college time is afternoon 1 pm to 6 pm. So you can do other extracurricular activities other than this timing.
- Course curriculum is not so complicated.
Dislikes
- Placements for BA economics is not so good as compared to Bcom.
- Internship Is compulsory which should be done by students itself without any help from college management.
- Rules are more strict for girls than compared to boys .
Placement Experience:
From final year onwards students are eligible for placements. Manu corporate companies visit like Deloitte, Accenture, EY etc.. To be honest there is no wide variety of opportunities for placements in economics department unlike computer science or bcom departments.

- Academic Excellence, all the staffs are doctorate holders in particular department and have at least 10 years of teaching experience
- Extracurricular Activities, Every week any of the department will conduction functions and competitions
- Infrastructure, Its a green campus with good canteen, library, smart classrooms, updated labs and more
Dislikes
- PSG CAS, doesn't provide college transport facilities
- Its have various timings for different courses
- Some times its needed to stay after college hours
Placement Experience:
PSG has strong placement record with CTC upto 16LPA i various companies, the average package is 3LPA. And all the placements interested students are well trained with Company Specific Training prior to particular companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:
This course is soo intresting and would learn new things and provide many information to you and would gain knowledge while studying in this course and also few test are conducted to practice for semester exams like pre semester for practice to the exam so students can easily score marks in semester

- The college canteen needed much improvement and the cost of the food is increasing every sem but the food quality remains the same and and it's not even worth the money . The canteen may include variety of food
- Most of the faculty behaves very rude towards students some of them don't even respect them
- Poor culutrals and events the college could improve on that

The placement is appreciated for our college and most of the students get selected and the student became eligible for placement in 5th or 6th semester. India's top companies vist our college for example wipro,tcs etc. and the average package is 3-4lpa and the highest package is 13lpa the percentage of students getting placed is I'm not sure about that but it would be around 80% my plan is to pursue pg

- It has a strict dress code rules to be followed
- It is located in one of the most traffic places in the city
- You cannot expect alot of cultural events

Placement is very good here,but makesure you are well equipped for the placement.If you well prepared you can definitely get placed.from the start of the 5th sem you will get placement calls and the college provide some special courses for placement with an tie up with SEED.But it is always better to pursue a PG degree

- Our college has natural environment and it's beautiful, clean air and surroundings.
- College has the best curriculum, best staff and best library
- I studied there for 3years, I never had any experience similar to ragging or bullying by seniors or other department people
Dislikes
- Some rules differ between departments and based on the character of the head of the department
- The attendance system was little bit confusing with the college app
- Always there's some construction works or maintenance works happening in the campus

Placements was there but not related to their core mostly Information technology and banking kind of industries came for placements the ratio of the people who got placed in college is very less in our department

PSG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore provides admission to the various undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. courses along with Diploma, and integrated PG courses.
