Likes

Academic Excellence, all the staffs are doctorate holders in particular department and have at least 10 years of teaching experience
Extracurricular Activities, Every week any of the department will conduction functions and competitions
Infrastructure, Its a green campus with good canteen, library, smart classrooms, updated labs and more

Dislikes

PSG CAS, doesn't provide college transport facilities
Its have various timings for different courses
Some times its needed to stay after college hours

Course Curriculum Overview

This course starts from basic of programing from C to android and iOS Application development. Making all students even not from Computer Science backgroud to lear about Computer programing and Ntworking and particularly this course focus mainly on Practicals rather than theory.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Placement Experience

PSG has strong placement record with CTC upto 16LPA i various companies, the average package is 3LPA. And all the placements interested students are well trained with Company Specific Training prior to particular companies.

Campus Life

Being an Introvet and from an local village, i had been the Student Council Member, IIC Chambion, Association Chairperson, organizing Inter college events and Intra college events handling more than 1000+Participants.

Hostel Facilities

There are various types of hostels based on studnets can afford ranging from 86k per year, which includes room rent, hostel functions, food and all. The foods is much better when comared to outside hostels with 3day non veg options and different menu for each day.

Admission

The things is this course B. Voc Networking and Mobile Application is available only in PSG College of Arts & Science with updated curriculum and PSG is fame of coimbatore and easyly reachable by students of Pollachi, Tirupur and Erode.

Faculty

There are more than 500+ faculties and 13000+ Studnets in the campus, maintainig a healthy ratio. 6 Staffs for each department (180 studnets). All the faculties are very friendly and easily approcable and ready to guide anytime. While seeing the exams and marking schema...internals, attendance, assignments, library usage marks for 50 and main exams for 50 and total of 40% needed for passing the subject.

Night Life

The main campus closses as 6.30 as the last batch ends as 6.00Pm and some days placements will happen till 9.00Pm. All the things like cafeteria, gym, library will close at 6. And there are night watchmans at gates and rounding all around the college.

Only final year students only eligible for campus placement. But Training and placement department will arrange part-time jobs for students if they need them. Many reputed MNC companies hired students in our college. Most all students who register for campus placement will definitely get a job. My college dairy

I firstly and foremost preference is PSG College which I'm currently pursuing my bachelor's degree and I applied 4 more colleges but I got mail from this college only. Compare to other colleges I like PSG more because the first reason is it located in Coimbatore the city is cool and best. The addmission process is asusual little bit though because there are many instructions need to follow for getting addmission in college there is no entrence exam and my cutoff is 364 and I pay donation also 150000 and it is management quota there also merit for those students they don't need to pay donation amount...Read More
