Psg college review

Likes

There is no ragging in campus ragging is strictly prohibited inside the campus
All of the students behave very friendly and both girls and boys work together
Seniors are very friendly and they help in if you feel any discuss situation they will help you

Dislikes

There is no freshers day and no any other cultural activities inside the in the campus only one cultural activity held every year once in a year
The infrastructure is not very good compared to any other colleges
Collage timings are not good. Early morning and late evening

Admission:

I already mentioned that our college has so Many branches. I'm from Applied Mathematics and Computational sciences. The reason for I'm choosing this course is first of all less intake and high chances to get into the job easily. The process to get into this course first we have to write the collage entrance exam. And a small interview is conducted by the lectures.

Likes

The campus is good,calm,and fill of nature
The faculties are good, friendly and helpful
Placement is good, there are lot of opportunities

Dislikes

Department rules, dress code, some facilities are way too strict

Admission:

I didn't apply for any college. I only wanted this college. This college is best in our district.. I didn't get any rejection from any college. I went through councelling and got admission.the eligibility is to get above 85% in boards no other examination. Cutoff above 90% the admission experience was fun and thrilling

There's many club to join in the that gives you more experience.
Faculty are very helpful and friendly to the students
There is stone bench there we can spend more time with friends

Dislikes

Attendance shortage is the worst thing in college
Sometimes they will mark you absent for late coming
Mobile are not allowed to use inside the class

Admission:

I have applied for DR NGP college in coimbatore for bcom and after that I had a mail about psg counseling and I attended it and joined it because psg in the highest NIRF RANKED college. There's no exam for the addmission

Best things about my college life

Likes

I liked the faculty's expertise, teaching methods and mentorship quality than any. And teachers are very friendly and will help with all stuffs both personal and studies.I like them a lot
And the placement services are absolutely great because they started giving us training from 1st year both aptitude and soft skills. The support provided for career advancement is damn good.
I personally learned many lessons from both facilities and students. Now I'm good at communication than before. And am able to see my improvement a lot. And there's lot of books which helps me with many stuffs.

Dislikes

The thing i disliked is cultural because there's less competition and programs.
Next the students, they judge people and treating partially.
The cost of food items is high. But the foods are good at quality wise

III got seats in rathinam, government college, Hindustan and psgcas. But I'm interested in statistics so i joined here hence its the only college in coimbatore has bsc statistics course. No, i got no rejection. Hence all my intention is to join psgcas and i got seated too. And the eligibility of admission is more than 70% in 12th board exams also they separate both cbse and state board. There's no entrance exam. All they select students behalf on their 12 th board marks.

Standards of PSG CAS

Likes

Lab facilities that are given to us in the college.
Staffs they provide are well trained staffs.
The exposure we get while speaking to many students.

Admission:

In other college sthe learning standards and practical standrads are less compared to PSG college of arts and science. Here, the facilities and practises provided are highly standardised. That is why i choose pag cas over other colleges.

The exposure of our college is really well and good.
The faculties over there are friendly and the way they teach is so good.

Our college has batch wise classes which is a little bit difficult

The college has a huge and well maintained infrastructure.
All the faculties are very friendly and supportive
The college is also providing good placement with high packages.

Dislikes

I feel the fees of various self financed course are too high.
The college hostel fee is also very high compared to other college hostels.
The events and other cultural programs in the college is very minimal.

Admission:

This college is known for my course I have selected. This college is also known for their internship and good placements. I was on the waiting list and i got admission in spot admission. I didnt get rejected from any college.

There was a many cultural activities like a many events conducted by various departments like quiz treasure and connection and mini games are there
The teaching faculty usually maintain a well professional languages without any discomfort we can easily understand every topics
I was staying in hostel and they are maintaining a very good and clean hostel everywhere without any type of cleanliness issues

Dislikes

Actually we want a very walk around 1.2 km for the hostel to the colleges
The snacks provided in the college was very cheap and it will not be tasteful
In every shops in the colleges are to be pay in the cash and no up transactions are already inside the colleges

Admission:

Actually affected this college only for its reputation and this a good results because in recently in the Tamil Nadu level the best colleges of science is well known for the PSG College of arts and science in Coimbatore it will be a good and will maintain college in the city of Coimbatore and in the city of Tamilnadu it is a good college with good marks with the discipline the students with the no any remarks by the students
