Placement Experience:

Placements are not quite good in this college until you are from BCom Hons or Eco homes. For physical science courses, you will get a placement of not more than 2 lakhs. I'll suggest you go for MSc or MCA.

Student Snaps:

Placement Experience:

There are various tech companies that visit every year to give placement to students and from the ranking of India today our college got ranked 5 in the top college in India for placements. There are some disadvantages also that many MNCs and non-tech companies prioritise to gave placement to those students which are pursuing courses like computer science or other mathematics. So there is a lower hand for physics and chemistry students to get placement. But there is an opportunity to get into the field of research like our senior from our course is working as a researcher in BABA ATOMIC RESEARCH CENTER (BARC). Approx 80 to 85 % of placements are done annually and maybe more depending on how many companies are coming. After my degree, I will prepare for the Armed forces like Airforce or the army. It's my childhood dream and I will definitely make this out.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Talking academically, teachers are really good and experienced and know what they're teaching. There are so many prestigious and active Societies for co-curricular. Drama, debate, dance, music, art and many others. The crowd has been getting better year after year as we see. But it also depends on the kind of friends or classmates you get. But you dont need to worry about that. It is overall a very good college in terms of Infrastructure, academics and extracurriculars.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year, you are eligible for the placements. Companies visited like KPMG, McKinsey, BOAT, Capgemini, etc. The highest package is 31LPA. Above 50% of students can go for the placements. I am looking for a senior position with the company.

For placements, I think you have to be in the final year. Around 50+companies visit and make offers. If are in the first or second year you definitely stand a chance for internships which will be of great help in your future.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course and the faculty members were good. As far as learning experience, it was average. There wasn't much extra curriculum to make that course interesting. Teaching methods were normal, just few teachers were exceptionally really good. All the teachers were understanding though. Exams held twice per year, i.e semester wise. Labs in the chemistry department are good accordingly to the learning, but the condition of labs and apparatus issued aren't really good in such colleges.
