Practical Applications like practical session, intership or industrial collaboration that gives hands on experience influence me to choose this course (biotechnology). Core subjects like genetics , molecular biology, genetic engineering, microbiology etc.. and connection with field like bioinformatics,bioprocessing etc .. prepare me for further academic pursuits.For practical session teaching method requires improvement. The frequency and timing of exam is a difficult level .

The Curriculum provided by the university is well defined and can be used more effectively as we compare with other universities. The only change that I would advise is that the last semester should be focusing on our skill development rather than theory. So the first three semester can be focused on mainly theory and little amount of lab. By doing so we can enhance the rate of job availablity and will have greater knowledge and skills on laboratory handling and other charecters

The pros of the college is the teachers and the members of the college and I enjoyed going to the college and spent my rest of 3 rd years there .the cons are the lack of of programs in the college .and I wish to increase it

Chemistry is an interesting subject and in Mar Thoma College the faculties there are 12 faculties of which 10 of them are doctorate holders and two are research scholars. Also, they provide very good lab facilities. They also have a first sponsored lab in college with high-tech equipment.

This course are a coverage in almost all aspects of chemistry. The open courses are chosen wisely depending on the most interesting and demanding areas of chemistry. The faculty is highly qualified and helping. There are 6 sems in three years.

Marthoma college Tire Valladolid is one of the renowned colleges in central Travancore. The admission process includes marks received in 12th followed by an interview. I chose Chemistry as the main subjecting for multiple graduation course. It was a 3 years degree course from 1971 to 1975.

I heard that college provide good educational facilities and college has a good library. Physical educational counsiler of the college also well trained. But i didnt get my expectation expectation from the college

This is my First course in this college.The learning opportunities are very good and the college provides more than enough with the students needs with labs,teachers and there is also a library.The good aspects of this college prior to the program i chose is the lab for the practicals and also the teachers.

Positive is the college is supportive to the college programs conducted by the students and then negative is they are egoist because the college is only for students not for the college staffs so they should provide freedom for the students.
