Mvsr college review

Likes

Good environment security,good faculty,strict maintenance
Less events to focus on studies and technical events to improve skills
Good curriculum and experienced faculty to teach

Dislikes

Infrastructure and old buildings with no proper lift maintenance
Very less efforts by college on placements
Canteen food is not so good and faculty sometimes are aggressive

Placement Experience:

From 4th year we can appear for placements,around 2500 students appear for 30 companies in average But last year due to recession many students didn't get placements Iam planning for placement through college my first and only goal

Teaching staff. They are well experienced faculties. College has a good infrastructure surrounded by greenery. They provide wise range of certifications

Dislikes

They didn't give any internship opportunities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course which I chose is Computer Science Engineering. As I had an interest in becoming a software engineer, I chose it. The curriculum that influenced my decision is the practicals, and projects done. A few improvements need to be made like keeping a lab assistant in the lab so that we could clear our doubts rather than asking the faculty.

I hope everyone likes visit and campus and talk to faculty and decide

Likes

Labs with ac and comfortable seats, classrooms
Roads, library, neat maintenance, full of greenery

Dislikes

Parking, sports and play area, canteen, etc

Placement Experience:

Placements are good enough even civil and mechanical students also get a good enough placement compared to other colleges they teach in depth knowledge.The average lpa is 4lpa and highest is around 24lpa .

Is MVSR a good college/MVSR college review

In my college we really have experienced faculty, and their teaching level is also good even an avg student like me can also understand complex topics
we even have a good play area, but the thing is we are not always allowed to play their.

Dislikes

Those experinced faculty are not really willing to teach us they only teach concepts, if we ask them personally.
The curriculum of our college is very old they are still teaching the same concepts from 20 years I wish they should have updated syllabus

Placement Experience:

I say we should not expect much with tier 3 colleges if we talk about MVSR it used to provide good placements before 2022, but after that placements in MVSR got really fucked up. here and there we get small companies with 3lakh packages and yes if you really have coding and CS fundamentals you can expect a small job in campus placements and no chance for CORE jobs.

Mvsr : A comforting yet competitive college

Likes

Faculty of this college are knowledgeable. They have very mature mindset of teaching rather than imposing lessons om students
Internship and placement training is good right from second semester and they encourage you to avail the opportunities
The overall environment of the campus is soothing and not stressful

Dislikes

Canteen is not so good. It has to be maintained well

Placement Experience:

Students can be eligible for internships from the 2nd year. They can apply to the opportunities provided by the placement cell of the college. Companies like amazon, Goldman sacks, Deloite visit our college and the highest package offered was 44 lpa. A good amount of students get placed.

Overall a nice college.

Likes

Open gate, no pressure from teachers, no micromanaging students.
Good support from faculty and no spoon feeding.

Dislikes

Fests don't happen often. Also they don't show much importance to sports.

Placement Experience:

Very few students got placed last year, but before that year almost all the students got placed. The average package is 6 lakhs per annum. Students get internship opportunities from second year onwards.

In my college like the college structure and campus
In my college i like the ground the ground is about the 3 to 4acher
I like library for my study they is peaceful and my mind set there for study

Dislikes

Canteen there is no proper rate of items the food quality is good but price of item is high

Placement Experience:

In my college placement are come by the company like servo vedha they conduct the exam for the placement after the exam is qualified then they conduct the interview and then final round is hr round average package is around 4lakhs my plan after the degree I will start my preparation for the government jobs like AE AEE

Many students appreciate the opportunity to explore a wide range of subjects and discipline discovered ne interest and passion along the way
College offer a newfound sense of independence with students having more control over their schedule activities and decision making
Building friendship and connection with peers participate in clubs organization and social events and living on campus can contribute to a rich and fulfilling social life

Dislikes

College coursework can be demanded leading to stess anxiety and pressure to perform well academic
The cost of tuition fee textbook and living expenses can place a significant financial burden on students and their family
Transition to college life can be challenging especially for Frist year students who may struggle with home sickness loneliness

Placement Experience:

Many colleges and universities offer campus placement where companies come to the campus to recruit students for internship,entry level position or graduate roles. Employability refers to the skills knowledge attributes and experience make individual desirable to employers Many colleges offer career counseling workshop seminar and resources to help students explore career options,develop job search strategies prepare for interview and build profession networks

I think MVSR is very good in providing good Campus life as the teachers are very friendly and kind .
I liked College Radio which helps in improving our communication skills and develop inter personal skills .
Even the course is designed very well and the curriculum includes a lot of practical stuff which we need in our professional life.

Dislikes

I think MVSR should improve its infrastructure as it is very old and even all the colors are faded.
I think playground is important in a Engineering college but MVSR has no good playground to play.
I think they try to increase the avg placement package from 4LPA to 7LPA atleast.

Placement Experience:

I think MVSR provides good number of palcement oppurtunities.It starts from 3rd year 2nd sem onwards till the end of 4th year.But the avg package is 4LPA which is not that good when compared with other colleges.The highest package was 30LPA which amazon offered and 24LPA which was offered by goldmansachs campanies.But most of the stdents during my batch preferred MS in abroad.
