Navigating college choices

Likes

Our college KSSEM has good infrastructure
Our college has a very good faculty and they create many opportunities for non academic activities too.

Dislikes

The course fees for some other categories is too high,which cannot be afforded by the people

Placement Experience:

Our college has good placements with the average package of 400000- 500000. The highest package is upto 120000 The companies visited are MathCo,Mphasis and many more. The placements for students starts from 7th semester.

A review of the CSE Curriculum at KSSEM

Likes

The architecture of the college was good
There were lots of clubs, which were really helplful, where i have joined for Rotatract club where i have experienced the diverse set of skills

Dislikes

Exam cell is not quite good they did not provide exact information about exam patterns

Placement Experience:

from 4 semester student will be eligible for the campus drives. there will be wide range of companies where the student can attend the drive for and initially the campanies will provide the internship and post that a student will recieve the job oppurtunity with the good package. if the student dont want to get the job but masters. the student can plan in the 7 semester about the abroad studies and immediatly after completeion of the BE/BTech u can start process of masters.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. There are so many companies job offers are made each year. The highest package was 18 lakh per annum and the average package is 5 lakh per annum. They should at least have above 6 cgpa points for students to get placements. after the 5th sem companies usually visit here and you are eligible after the 5th semester only. Some companies visited are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Sasken, Agile Point, Deltax, VIT Infotech, NCsoft, etc. Almost 80 percent of students are placed. I plan to go for M.Tech. after my degree

Placement Experience:

Student Become eligible for placements from the 7th semester onwards and MNCs come here for placements such as WIPRO INFOSYS, TCS, ORACLE and many more Highest package received is 10LPA and average. Package is around 3-4LPA.

A good college but lack of interest is commom between lecturers

Admission:

I got it through CET. Opted for this course as it is easy for building a safe career. Admission steps. U need to pay an extra 30k other than CET fees which are taken in the name of tuition fees. Then all documents to be submitted and then joining date would be informed.
