The application form and the other details are specified in the office auce domain reservation plays a good role as it is a public state university
Fee very reasonable compared to other colleges andthey provide scholarship as well .
Department days and some fest like arura it's names those are celebrate very grand , libraries are also so comfortable to study,lot of books also available there to improve our knowledge.

Dislikes

The hostel ,the hostel mess food is not good as i thought
In the second year and third year the syllabus is very difficult .
Now i don't think i have an enough criteria to dislike things in college

Likes

College atmosphere is great. Campus has huge number of trees and benches to sit on.
The buildings of the university are being renovated. That's a positive point from the past 4 years
The progress of placements is growing day by day

Dislikes

The buildings are very old and most of the electrical appliances are outdated
The university is open to every government activity and classes will be affected due to them
Some of the laboratory equipments are very old and outdated too

There are many ways to choose a course depending upon the interest of the student. The curriculum is good in the college. But syllabus is a bit outdated and so that it affects student. Latest technologies and innovations must be introduced in the curriculum

Navigating the World of b.tech insights from the students

Likes

Most experienced govt professors in our college along with good labs and good infrastructure
Water facilities and accommodation for non locals

Dislikes

Hostels are too old but there are so many hostels are there

Placement Experience:

Yes, there are good placements according to our seniors but we have to see about it. I think everybody should got chance to get placement,it all depends on us. Recently a girl got a placement which was 84lac package.

Likes

Andhra University College of Engineering is the biggest college in Visakhapatnam
It has nice Equipment in the labs and Atmosphere is good
Placements and teaching are also very good

Dislikes

There is no much interaction with well educated professors
Course curriculum is good but during 1st year it has very limited
The food in hostels is not good and not well served

Placement Experience:

Yeah...From 4-1 we start getting Placements from many Major Multi-National Companies which provide various packages in between 300000 - 500000 per annum. It includes both software and core side placements.

Our campus is ecofriendly eith greenary and witg fresh air
We have every department with high machinary ansd good faculty
We have so much space for playing games and organizing events

Dislikes

In some branches ragging plays a major role
Because of lot of members we have poor signals

From 4th year students eligible for placements and other works we so many companies for placements and companies like jsw and wipro etc.. We have highest package of 840000 in cse and core of 150000 We have so much high profiles offerd In our branch we have 95% of placements Iam planning to join in mtech after btech

Curriculum is excellent and much linked to industrial area
Professors are well educated and staff is excellent
Updated syllabus and our classrooms are equipped with smartboards and wifi

Dislikes

Hostel is not so good and hostel food is quite not decent
Neatness is maintained in the college but it should be updated
Much open campus I.e outers are allowed into the campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is very much updated. In the first semester curriculum is quite similar for all branches but some subjects may vary and these subjects are related to industrial area for that department Curriculum is prepared by well qualified professors and lecturers No improvements are needed for curriculum and no improvements for teaching The exams are not so hard but preparation declares the difficulty of exam

About the Andhra University

Likes

I like the collage atmosphere there is no discrimination about our personal life so that's why I liked a lot.
Here our seniors are helped a lot for study issues and professers are clarified our doubts .
We have more placements opportunities and we are learning the culture of our lives . So I like these things.

Dislikes

In the second year and third year the syllabus is very difficult .
So students are feeling stress so that's why they are not maintaining the cgp same we compared the past
So this is the dislike thing in my perspective so please change this

Placement Experience:

We have a campus placements our super seniors are placed in many companies so many companies are visiting our college like Google, Amazon, Microsoft,like companies are visiting and giving the job opportunities 80% of the students are placed in campus interviews remaining are interested to going for higher studies.so this is about placements
