Andhra University College of Engineering is the biggest college in Visakhapatnam
It has nice Equipment in the labs and Atmosphere is good
Placements and teaching are also very good

Dislikes

There is no much interaction with well educated professors
Course curriculum is good but during 1st year it has very limited
The food in hostels is not good and not well served

Course Curriculum Overview

During 1st year we also had so many extra curricular activities to participate like dance, singing, arts and many clubs also workshop and Labs are also included in every semester with regular classes. Interested students can participate. we also had a large Library where many books are available.

Placement Experience

Yeah...From 4-1 we start getting Placements from many Major Multi-National Companies which provide various packages in between 300000 - 500000 per annum. It includes both software and core side placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yeah!! starting we have to building fund of 9000 and for me remaining total fee was on scholarship Jagan anna vidhya dheevena and also Vasathi deevena for all students. For hostels also we need to pay some fee like 4000 for 3 months

Campus Life

Actually I am not involved in any clubs but involved in Workshops. It was nice experience in Andhra University. I have many memories with Faculty and friends also we learned a lot not only subject wise but also morally.

Admission

The admission process was difficult because it is a vast area we need to submit many certificates at several places like the Principal Block and respective department for whole admission process. it will be difficult for those who travels with out vehicles

The faculty was very good and well-educated here and also helped us in all aspects. even during projects our mentor also supports our ideas and also makes us think innovatively and they are available to us

Interview Experience

In the Placements in many companies has same process like first step is to clear aptitude test and then technical round and interview. For some companies it may also include group discussions and 2 levels of interviews

MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible to be placed from semester 4-1 . The highest package goes around 24lpa and average is around 4lpa. The students have good chances for further education as they were provided good knowledge to go further and good reputation of the college for employability outside the placements.

Campus Chronicles: An honest college review

Course Curriculum Overview:

The reason to choose comouter science course was it was most trending technology in the industry right now so most of the students likely to join the computer science course .Our curriculum contains better subjects which help to deal with real life problems.Most of the lectures use ppt to explain the concepts in pictorial way to make ease understanding to the students. But main drawback was they were more focused on the therotical part I suggest them to explain them in practical methods also like teaching the coding in the labs not just theory part .Our mid exams contains 2 hours of time to write where our semester exams contaions 180 minutes to complete the exam.The exam level was quite modetate not much hard nor easy to give the test if we study properly.
